  • Thank you for your video. I'll have to give that a try.

Geeeessss, there are so many critics ...

  • chuck norris does that zero handed

  • And now with one pistol in each hand ^^

  • how about no hands, only use your feet.

  • lol okay so this isn't actually a "reload" it's more of just a "load". and he loaded a magazine with 5 rounds in it....

  • @Suburbannite It's a reload dumbass, it doesn't have to be a full magazine to be considered a reload. He reloaded his empty gun with 5 rounds.

  • @FiveTwoSevenTHR How can it be a RE-load if there was nothing in it? Learn basic english words you dip shit.

  • @Suburbannite 5 rounds is nothing? It's implied that there was a magazine already in the gun. Dropping an unloaded magazine is all that nessecery when you are starting out unloaded. Don't take the title literally, are you that dense?

  • @FiveTwoSevenTHR When did I say 5 rounds was nothing? I only take words literally and not give them "implications" and changing meanings of words like you seem to be doing. By the given information in the title and video content, he did not have a previous magazine, therefore it was not a reload.

  • @Suburbannite He was showing how to do a one handed reload. Calm down.

  • now remember glock akimbo reloading in mw2 :D

  • @mcraft1998 Chuck Norris, CoD, and Kitchen jokes are all on the same level, they are stupid. Then again you're like 13 and laugh yourself silly over them.

  • Comment removed

  • @mcraft1998 Yeah right. If you agreed to post it, that means you thought it was funny. If you thought it was stupid, you wouldn't post it unless you're his Bitch.

  • Interesting technique. I've never tried it so I can't criticize, but I do have a few concerns. The first and most important is where his eyes were the entire time. They were down and even behind him at times. This drill simulates you getting shot and thus there is a person down range who wants to kill you. Your eyes need to be constantly up or at least covering down range through peripheral vision.

  • @ffryan if you're in cover, there is nothing to worry about and if you are not, then you cant stop bullet with your eyes, so i don't know how much he loses

  • @Actionhankah Except when your enemy relocates or runs up on you when your head is down and puts a bullet into your head from point blank range. As the ancient Samuri used to say, "never lower your eyes to an enemy".

  • @ffryan okay, thanks. i really had no idea, so I am glad you answered me

  • behind the knee is a great spot if you have the luxury of cover, otherwise you need to be racking the rear sight on your belt/pants/pocket/holster/etc.

  • My lieutenant taught me this a while ago...life-saving shit

  • guns are not hot if you need to reload them right!?!?!? behind the knee seems like a great spot

  • wtf? is this guy russian?

  • Tonight I will practicing my tactical one-handed beer opening and drinking.

  • perfeckt if you get shot in tha hand :P

  • Just a bit over the top. I practice left handed, etc, but kneeling down using a leg to reload simulating one arm out of action is a bit much, you'll be dead by then.

  • @Blahblobify with that attitude you will. if you practice off-hand shooting then you need to practice off-hand reloads, malfunction clearances, etc.

  • Comment removed

  • @Blahblobify yes because in that 40 years you wish you knew what a firefight was like.

  • While looking away, he was shot by an approaching enemy. Why does he need to look while he does it? I just tried it and it wasn't too bad.

  • This guy needs to pick up the speed, that is really slow.

  • @AdmiralGST it looks to me this was a "demonstration"

  • @mattmagbanua7 You're probably right.

  • thats cool and all but im pretty sure the other person ur in a shoot out with would of already put like 6 holes in u

  • thats good when you lost a arm !

  • fuck lol what kinda situation would this be used for! If your hand has been torn off you would have to have a near fatal dose of some opiate and stimulant or something to be calm and coherent enough to do that in combat.

  • Is that in case your left hand either gets blown off or too tired from masturbating or what?

  • @BlackGivesWay2Blue11 dude, you're fucking retarded, you know which one. a failed attempt at being funny...

  • @Skitzo520 was a joke nerd cool your shit go play world of warcraft or something fag.

  • stole from METAL GEAR SOLID MEREL OR SOMTIG does dat

  • @alimousavi357 dude, they've been doing this scence WWII. So you're fuckin stupid, don't take everything you see in games as the first of it ever being done

  • @Skitzo520 dude MGS is so awsome your a dick face go make me a muffin

  • @alimousavi357 where do you think all these military and weaponry video games get there ideas from ...a suit and tie in a cubical?.......... hell no..

  • Too bad YouTube didn't exist on 1943, Colonel Von Stauffenberg would've been pleased with this video.

  • In case you lose an arm and still like shooting.

  • @Hazar629 LOL!

  • I can do everything here but the slide part. .45's and 9mm's still have pretty stiff recoil springs.

  • @snakeye54 do they? wait, are you using usp or m9? cause german pistols dont have this problem

  • @ObservedFIREFLY , I'm using a Glock 19.

  • @snakeye54 austrian, theres your problem, the austrians are bitches for safety on everything that is designed to be unsafe, there tanks have spike treads and they add 5000 to the price by addingplates at the front, its an issue with all glocks, the underwater 17, the spray and pray 18, and the noob raper 19, soory mate your stuck, only a mountain of wd40 will help you to any degree

  • @ObservedFIREFLY , Glock's aren't bad. A USP's recoil spring is MUCH stronger.

  • @snakeye54 what? mine must be a dud then cause it glides like an m9

  • @ObservedFIREFLY , Glock's are SMOOTH. Especially the model 27, 19, and 17.

  • @snakeye54 i guess the glock 19 at the club is a peice of shite then

  • the Battlefield MLG pro IRL.

  • really?

  • That was slick.

  • If your going to tuck it behind your strong side knee why don't you put it in that perfectly serviceable thigh holster?

  • @wright4894 Easier to stick it in the back of the leg and kneel on it than to holster it. Try it sometime.

  • 2 mags would of been speed dumped on your ass before you even tucked the gun behind your knee. it maybe tactical but sure as hell isnt practical

  • @ChiggaNad Techniques like these are meant to be used when one of your hands is injured/disabled for some reason. If you've got an arm in a cast, or you've been shot/stabbed in the hand, or if you fell and injured your wrist, then a trick like this could really come in handy.

  • @ChiggaNad Your forgetting this is only one small part of the situation. It is up to you to find cover in the situation your in so you can reload under these circumstances. If you can not figure that out, you are lacking the the sort of common sense you should have to have to even pick up a fire arm.

  • @TKDgeehun More than one way to skin a cat.

  • dumb

  • not saying a cool trick , BUT! can it be applyd to real time ware fare .?

  • @2011053406

It was meant to be applied in the field.

Can you think of another place you`d have to shoot and reload with only one hand?

  • sämst haha

  • what is the purpose of this reload? I don't understand.

  • @lurell7 Okay, you obviously needed to scroll down in order to post that comment. So why did you not even glance at the top rated comment? It explains everything.

  • @lurell7 if your arm is hurt in combat

  • they should make a clip that hold the side of each mag just slightly so that you can just slide the mag in with out having to pull it out

  • @jacker372 That's interesting. Maybe clipping the bottom of the mag makes more sense. Maybe something that clips onto the magazine floorplate.

  • @HollyTheFireNinja ... a Magpul ranger plate?

  • @John234pwns That helps remove it from a pouch, not hold it in place by itself. Neither of us meant that.

  • @HollyTheFireNinja Then what exactly do you mean?

  • @John234pwns Well I was kinda replying to the guy saying that they could probably make some sort of special mag holder that leaves the top exposed so you could make one-handed reloads.

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @HollyTheFireNinja Sorry, your word choice confused me for a sec. So you mean a pouch with the body of the mag exposed, so you can just slam the pistol on top of the pouch to reload it? I've seen that kind of thing in a couple movies. Interesting concept, I haven't seen it offered as a professional product.

  • @John234pwns I thought you missed who I was talking to. Anyway, kinda like Lara Croft, if you remember it.

  • @HollyTheFireNinja Right. It's been tried before, but I think the problem was always keeping the mags from falling off with normal movement.

  • While this technique is not new (I was first exposed to it 1989), it is a viable option.

The obvious benefit is that it allows you to duck behind cover while performing your reload drill. Does it have its drawbacks? Sure, but what tactic isn't a tradeoff of some sort? If you're worried about getting mud in your ejection port from using your boot heel, then use the edge of your kydex holster or your belt buckle to rack your slide.

The whole idea is to have a Plan B. That's what this is.

  • I place the gun between my knees upside down with the magwell up in the air, insert mag and manipulate the slide with the rear sight against the edge of my holster, this seems a little too complicated and I see no benefits to doing it this way.

  • good to know info.

  • sick.

  • I'm confused. Did you put a magazine in the crook of your knee?

  • @ScarletAvatar He stuck the pistol in the crook of his knee. The magazine was attached to the side of the holster, so he just grabbed it and moved it over a short distance.

  • My grandma practices tactical one handed driving.

  • @reigninblood9188

this is worth a look. This product will blow away any military one-handed reload time.

  • Haven't seen that done before, Thanks for posting this!

  • use the boot is a good way to get mud in the chamber use your belt

  • @heroebennett the belt is a good way to get a bullet in your leg, use your hee;l

  • @DisturbedForever92 If you use the rear sight, you can keep the muzzle off of yourself, which is how it should be trained as. It's also easier and more intuitive, to me, personally.

  • can someone tell me why ppl cock back their handguns when they're done reloading?

  • @JasdAfterburner111 to get a round into the chamber

  • 10 seconds..

  • cool!

  • try a revolver!

  • @bas949 who goes in war with a revolver

  • @ledeux an idiot

  • @ledeux someone that doesn't want his pistol to jam

  • @ledeux George Patton Did for his entire Career. If the carrier has the skill (A moon clip may help) They're just as useful as an automatic pistol of any sort.

  • show me that with an revolver!

  • hmm.. abit bad if your being charged and not having your finger on the tigger

but i know this could be an advantage in some levels

  • can be quite useful if you lose a arm though a bit difficult in my opnion if you lose your good arm and have to reload and aim with only your bad one.

  • Lol, thats pretty cool bro

  • Good thing I have two hands for this job.

  • @GenericUth that's what she said

  • @GenericUth ...... that is what she said.

  • You are better off holstering your weapon while changing the magazine when doing a one handed reload.

  • You are better off holstering your weapon while changing the magazine.

  • if anyone has seen the north hollywood shoot one of stupid ass guys tried to reload his gun one handed and and shoot his own head what a way to go out

  • @JSMALZ5150 That dipshit shot himself because he tried using his chin to rack the slide. Note how the guy in the vid used his heel to hook the rear sight of his gun. Other people will use their waistband or belt but not once is he pointing the gun at himself.

  • if anyone has seen the north hollywood shoot one of stupid ass guys tried to reload his gun one handed and and shoot his own what a way to go out

  • Slick trick but that really shouldn't be called "tactical".

  • @VaultTechy It's not a trick. It's a vital skill to have for anyone who carries a pistol. Taking a hit in the arm during a gunfight is the last place to figure out how to reload your gun one-handed.

  • @RaderizDorret So you'd legitimately try this in a combat situation?

  • @VaultTechy Behind cover, yes I would. Especially if the alternative is having an empty gun while I'm being shot at.

  • @RaderizDorret There's less flashy and pose-y ways to do this though, as well as more efficient and faster ones. Thus, this is a trick and not a tactic.

  • lol at the rly long conversation between raderiz and gidan

  • @GIDAN2987 10-4 on that. Well if nothing else, my qualifying Expert (hopefully) will be good for bragging rights.

  • @GIDAN2987 Well my eyesight is poor so I can't be in aircraft until I get lasik or something. But I do agree that the military doesn't risk intel personnel if they can help it.

  • @GIDAN2987 I'm not planning on leaving the Air Force any time soon. And despite being an intel puke, I still plan on being able to handle myself if for some ungodly reason I end up in the shit. The way I see it, my job is to get information to the trigger pullers and if I have an idea of what they're going through then I can get them the intel they need to get back home.

  • @GIDAN2987 Yeah, my ASVAB is a 97 and the Air Force gave me the best deal out of the branches. I'm going to be an intel puke, but I still plan on qualifying expert with my weapons. Hell, I'm the kind of guy who would tag along on a training jump with the 82nd just for the experience and every time I head to the local MEPS, I'm hanging out with the infantry instead of the other intel guys. Then again I could just be weird. lol

  • @GIDAN2987 Exactly. I'm a DEPer for the USAF and I've been PTing my ass off to make sure BMT won't be a complete culture shock when I have to hump a kit that weighs as much as I do. As for the MGs, one of my role models (a Gunny who served in Grenada and Panama) says "I love having an MG in my squad. I just don't want to be the son of a bitch who has to hump the fucking thing."

  • @GIDAN2987 I've got no problem with polymer guns since they work but if I get the money, I'd like to get a Browning Hi Power and send it to Novak's for some customization. And don't get me started on COD4. I play it from time to time and am constantly taking flack because I use a somewhat realistic load out (M4 with M9 backup) while you've got kids actually thinking they can carry a 50 pound Barret and a 40+ pound M60 and still be able to run around unhindered. That's not to mention the P90...

  • @GIDAN2987 I'm just glad that I managed to avoid the worst of that asshole's swing. And unfortunately people seem to buy into the "just double tap the bastard" crap around where I'm from.

  • @GIDAN2987 Don't forget adrenaline, it's a hell of an insulator against pain and injury provided the body's structure isn't compromised. I've gotten in a couple fights and taken chains across the ribs once but it didn't hurt until after the fight was over. Thankfully I didn't get any broken bones out of the deal. Anyways the body's ability to function even with grievious injury is why I tend to keep shooting until they're no longer a threat.

  • @GIDAN2987 Much respect to your friend for his service in both the military and as a police officer. As for the training, I literally tie one hand behind my back and try to work things out. But with wounds you have to deal with pain and blood loss on top of your limb being immobile.

  • @GIDAN2987 Agreed. If you (legitamately) manage to clear leather before shots are fired, you should buy a lottery ticket because you seriously lucked out.

This is assuming a civillian CCWing, not a cop having a weapon already drawn in a tense situation.

  • other people say to do it by holding it in betweet your knees but i honestly think that what he's doing here could be faster, or at least easier.

I am not an expert with pistols by anymeans. however even befor i saw any of the "gurus" teaching one way or another i cut my support hand real good. still in a cast thingy. had to figure out how to load and shoot one handed. did THAT, and racked it with the side of my boot, but used the front, right above the bushing on my 1911. this is sweet.

  • @ShotgunKirk Finally, someone who understands what this kind of thing is about. I've yet to have a debilitating injury to either hand (knock on wood), but I practice one-handed as much as possible just in case that kind of thing happens.

  • @RaderizDorret good, you're smarter than most. "If ye are prepared ye shall not fear, "it;s from a great blog i've been reading from the great mr, 'SadlyMissing' a real guru. ps thanks for response

  • @ShotgunKirk No prob. I get most of my tips and advice from people like Todd Green and Larry Vickers; I've yet to take a class from either of those gentlemen (and I plan on rectifying that ASAP) but I do read the articles that they and their peers write and at the very least they make me think. Hell, if it weren't for Todd, I'd think training wasn't nessessary to be effective when using firearms.

  • @ShotgunKirk I really need to get some coffee in me before I start typing...

last part of my prev comment should be "i...f it weren't for Todd, I'd still think that training wasn't nessessary...."

  • Right now do it with a Revolver. But thats cool to see tho.

  • oh gawd, that violates like every single pistol safety rule. but nice vid

  • @yonicholasw dont think your going to be caring about proper handling procedures when 15 crazy ass turban wearing mother fuckers are running your way.

  • @LeeJonB Or a bunch of thugs wearing gang colors.

  • Why do I feel like I'm listening in to a multiplayer of COD 4 or Halo on X-Box 360?

  • TACTICAL ONE HANDED RELOAD + BALLET DANCER SHOOTING POSITION =

    GAY

  • @frenchguyfromfrance2 I won't mention your FAMAS and the white flag that extends when you squeeze the trigger. (I kid, I kid). Seriously, though, this is just showing how one can reload if one's arm is injured and that one-handed shooting stance he goes into is much like the old target shooter's stance from the early 20th century.

  • @frenchguyfromfrance2 your comment plus ur mom= your birth

  • @TheFuture22ndSAS

you father + his sister = you

  • RaderizDorret it dose not matter what gun u have G18 mag can be the same as a G17

  • @megastupid12345 IIRC the G18 mag is usable in all 9mm versions of Glock. 33 rounds make more sense in a full-auto pistol than 17, but the G17 mag probably would work too. I'm just saying what I'd prefer in that situation.

  • fucking amazing!!!!!!!!!!

  • Random side note: If I were hit in the arm, I'd be wishing for a Glock 17 w/ a Glock 18 magazine: 33 rounds of 9mm goodness.

  • A lot of you idiots don't understand the point of a one handed reload, it's in case your other arm gets injured and is unusable.

  • @Metzgermeist No joke. If your arm is fucked, you need to work out a reload somehow. This is pretty slick, actually. 7 seconds from the start of the reload to his first shot. And to all the dumbasses: he's assuming his arm got fucked up and he has only one hand to work with. A bullet to the arm shatters bone and renders it completely useless as there is no structure for the muscle to work with.

  • it would be faster if u reloaded the normal way... god, i cant stand u fucking morons who try to speed up things that are already made to be done as fast as possible..

  • @nerxboy

Dude seriously...He's not trying to be faster, don't you get it?

The point of a one-handed reload is that if you're arm gets injured, you need to know how to reload with one-hand if you need to reload.

  • @nerxboy Your the moron...its if your arm / hand is shot and you cant use it...fucking retard.

  • @Breakneckhydra1 this is still stupid no matter how you defend the case.. fucktard

  • @nerxboy Lol yea ill listen to you, a youtube nobody over firearms instructors and military training...fucking armchair commando, you have never and never will be in a gun fight so lets not worry about what you think, because IT MEANS JACK SHIT.

  • @nerxboy I've yet to be in a gunfight, but I practice one-handed drills including reloads. Same goes for hand-to-hand; at times I'll deliberately assume some kind of injury to my limbs, one or both arms injured, an injured leg, etc. Back on topic: getting smoked in the arm is extremely common in shootings so anyone who doesn't. practice one-handed manipulations is severely restricting themselves if they ever need such a skill.

  • no offence but its common sense to turn the safety off by rubbing it against sumwhere else

  • Very fancy but won't count for some one

    Rushing toward you XD

  • @hot1cold0 Well neither will an empty gun.

  • very stupid and dangerous.

  • @cachamelion actually, No it's not. If you notice... The muzzle is pointed away from the shooter at all times, and behind the knee is better than the one handed reload between the knees for stability reasons. The heel slide is unnecessary though being that the slide release is thumb activated.

  • @cachamelion He's trained to do it.

  • @RaginRabidRabbit Most people aren't, and yet they will try to do this anyway. That is what will make it dangerous.

  • es algo tonto !! muy bueno para los eridos pero es algo simple!!

  • thats wierd! according to video games all you have to do is move the gun out of your vision for a few seconds and they magicly reload!

  • or just aim away from the arcade screen and fire.

  • @Trigunesq I was wondering why it didn't work when i tried that.

  • @Trigunesq Ya i tried at the range and it didnt work. =/ i think im not doing it right...XD

  • @Trigunesq watch /watch?v=jcrQy1Njbxs and go to about 5:42

  • @Trigunesq LOL.... and you dont see your muscle tissue hanging freely from your skin, nor the blood, or the searing pain...
