  • Whites folks listen to all this new bull crap tryna find a place in hiphop they are the biggest consumers to hiphop today. They mostly listen and buy the new crap where I'm from in Canada. They like that Drake bull s**t too. They know nothing about Goodie Mob and real hiphop they can't comprehend. It is nice to know my black people still care about real hiphop.

  • @freshfeet711 Thats 100% Real Talk.

  • @freshfeet711 You're absolutely right. And "going mainstream" to make more money has dumbed down hip hop and diluted it. I think it's sad. But it's all about the dollar now

  • @freshfeet711 i feel what your sayin bro, but im a white boy (mixed ass mut really but i look white) from kansas city mo livin in alaska now and i still care bout real hip hop and dont give a f bout dat mainstream shiii, fo da most part your right but u aint alone, hip-hop aint dead, cee loo turned down a tour wit rihanna to work on new goodie mob album

  • @GreenHabitsEnt Just to let you know I wasn't trying to be racist I was just speaking the facts I do have friends in other races. I'm just glad to know people like me and you still care about underground real hiphop and the direction this new hiphop is going. These new guys are little boys/ grown men with no voices. God bless you and have a enjoyable life.

  • @freshfeet711 Im white and i know all about "real" hip hop, im sure anyone of any race buys the bullshit you speak of...and i totally agree the mainstream shit is bullshit, why does everything have to come down to races why cant we just be people?

  • @shawtknight I don't know why things come down to race ask the Goverment they started it. I just remember when I was younger break danceing 4 years after hiphop made it to the T.V screen. Others called it shucking and jiving laughed at us becasue we rap and break danced and party on 2 turntables out side. They said it was crap nigger music. Now look at you all want to be a part of what we are doing that's wack. Nowadays I can't go anywhere without some white guy staring at me or my clothes.

  • @freshfeet711 I agree with you, but i never did any of those things you speak of...i never disrespect anyone for any reason. Also i dont want to be a part of what anyone else but myself is doing, i just enjoy the music and wish there was no racism in the world. I didn't mean to offend you if I did I apologize

  • @freshfeet711 - Im "white" and listened to this shit in 8th grade, and am listening to it again as we speak. Nor do I listen to Drake or that other HipPop because like you, I can see through the bullshit. Nor do I try to emulate black culture myself. Way to generalize a race of people. People listen to what they are fed and a lot of it is bullshit music that has no substance and sorry to say but the majority of "HipPop" today is not made by "white" people nor would it matter if it was.

  • @iav24 I speak the truth what I see and go through. I went to the mall yesterday some white guy in the checkout line is starring at me at the same time buying oversize Sean John items. Be real a lot of white guys are trying to be black. They look at me more then there girlfriends. Sometimes the girl will turn around to see what he's starring at. I'm not racist that shit is just wack. Are they gay? You right people do listen to what there fed. I live in a racist town but they listen rap. What!

  • @freshfeet711

hey there! I'm white and been jamming for this for the longest! I hear ya though, the younger generation of white people have fucked hip hop. With stupid ass Drake, Wayne and Nicki sucknage.

  • @ANGELinFortWorth It's o.k I still love all. Some young blacks listen to this new crap too. I did not mean to make you all mad. I am just telling the truth of what I see and go through. Today's hiphop is wack period. That's why I listen to raggae now anyway. Even my son thought the jabbawockeez where sweat until I showed him what real break dancing looks like. Now he knows they suck. Those three you name are terrible MC's. You have a great day!

  • @freshfeet711

haaa You didn't make me mad. ;) No worries!

You have a wonderful day as well. I was just letting you know there are few and far white people in between that know what real music is. :)

  • @freshfeet711 I'm white from Europe...and I would NEVER waste my money on Drake, Lil W...hatever, and so on. Nothing can replace 90's (East, West, South, North included).

  • @freshfeet711 im white. i live in america. and im old enough to have owned this cd when it came out, along with many other rap-or hip hop as you call it-cds of that time. most of the new stuff lacks serious talent, but why call out white people for listening to hip hop? eminem has more talent than most out today, and charlie pride made some good music too-do you even know who he is? music should be one place that race and ignorance dont apply...

  • @TheZx798 I have family in Detroit and I visit there a lot Eminem sucks to me buddy. He made a career of dissing his moms that shit is wack. He can ride a beat but talks about nothing. No one in Detroit listen to that shit anymore. I probably don't want to know who Charlie Pride is. The only white boys I will listen to is Beastie Boys that's it. Music should be a place that race and ignorance don't apply. You're not dealing with whites boys that want to play hard cuz they listen to rap. Wack!

  • @freshfeet711 and again its the same crap over and over. the only thing you can come back with is more ignorance. charlie pride sang country music-he was also black, and if i was to stay in line with you then i would make some degrading remark about country being for "whites" boys only. as far as eminem goes, who cares what people in detroit think? their opinion counts about as much as, i dont know, canadians maybe.

  • @TheZx798 I don't care that he is black. Country music is for white folks only I don't listen to it. Eminem is WACK! Go to Detroit and tell them that there opinion don't count they will run you right out of there like everybody else that talk shit about the D where I'm born and raised. I live here in Canada for now but fuck this place. I'm moving back to the states soon. I only listen to hiphop and R&B and a little bit of blues all categorie we created. Thanks for you're comment now move on.

  • @freshfeet711 Are you stupid? I'm from Toronto and I love hip hop, and this song is great. Drake is good too. Stupid people like you got to stop comparing generation by generation, it's different eras in hip hop. Drake makes good music, and so does Goodie Mob.

  • @mohammad5 You B***h Drake is wack is F**K and gay he gives losers like you balls. We all know Kardinal offishall is the best MC in Toronto but see T Dot gotta a lot of haters. Kardinal been doing this S**t for a while and got many diffrent styles homey. You're one of those wanna bee's from there it's a lot of that in Toronto. I go there alot too and I see wanna bee's everywhere out there. F**ck you're generation you're generation need to know what real music is and Flake is not it.

  • @freshfeet711 My generation needs to know what real music is? I agree, I almost feel like I'm an outcast when I say my favs are Nas, Rakim, KRS, and any of the old school hip hop. I would say Drake is good, but i wouldn't say he's better than the legends like my generation does. Also guys like Kardi, Choclair, Kid Famous, Classified, and even Tory Lanez aren't even Canada's best rapper. I love my country so i know it's music history, but Drake is easily Canada' best rapper of all time

  • @mohammad5 You're gone dog. He may be the suburban fav's he clearly has no style no flavor and moves like a girl. He's songs suck I don't even listen to that crap. If it comes on the radio I turn the station. Kardii will eat his ass alive and you know it. Canada is just glad to have a half white guy to rep as there on. Because Canada can't handle a black man being a star. He will fade soon you will see. To be honest I will eat his ass alive I really come from the hood the streets 7mile baby!

  • @freshfeet711 it doesn't matter if you're from the hood or not, it doesn't stop me from enjoying music. I'm glad I'm not from the hood and just a suburb. Kardi is not better than Drake, and yes...Canada, and more importantly Toronto is happy that we have Drake reppin' our city and being a big deal. I don't care what race he is, why are you so ignorant? Race and being from the hood doesn't matter to me. His music doesn't appeal to you because you're so arrogant.

  • @mohammad5 He waaaaach!

  • @mohammad5 He waaaaack

  • @freshfeet711 it's ironic, because i interpret this goodie mob song as accepting others for their beautiful skin, no matter what the race. And you, the person with the most thumbs comment is saying some arrogant bull shit about race. Smh.

  • @mohammad5 He is talking about his girlfriend as being his sister also. A black women.

  • @mohammad5 This my home boy. This is real music to me. Look it up the song is called "This Time" his name is S. Black

  • @freshfeet711 I don't hate any rappers from my city, I love anyone who reps Toronto and makes good music. I really don't know what makes me a wanna be. It's fine if you don't like Drake, but he's a good rapper. His lyrics are good and he's talented, he's not the GREATEST and is no where near that list, but he's a pretty good rapper.

  • @mohammad5 I only respect and listen to rappers that come from hard ship. It means so much more when they speak. Plus this is are music backyard music. when we had no money to buy tools to make music we beat box and beat on walls and rap. Rap is suppose to be voice of the held down and suppressed. I think If your from a rich area you're the dummy for not going to school instead you choose to rap . Rap is just a stepping stone for other outlets it's also a hood thang. So I call those a wanna be.

  • @freshfeet711 I know what you mean about rappers coming from tough backgrounds and that makes you like them more, I agree with that statement a lot since I feel the same. But if someone was raised rich, it's not going to stop me from liking his music. You just sound bitter man, and maybe that's because you're from the hood (a tough place to grow up), but i don't really judge rappers based on race or how they were raised. I judge them based on their music, and I just so happen to like his music

  • @mohammad5 Bitter Not. I have nice things and no wear near broke homey let's get that out the way. I'm not tryna change the way you think if you like him you like him. He still wack as hell. I'm from the hood and very proud about where I am going in life to. Thanks and have a great day!

  • @mohammad5 Oh yea! Youcan find my home boy video on youtube. "This Time" S.Black veiw it.

  • @freshfeet711 pretty good song

  • so dope

  • The sound @ 1:45 made me think my roommate slammed a door or something.

  • Clazzic for sho. Big ups on the littering rant at the end too.

  • Clazzic shawty

  • What ever happened to rap that had awesome lyrics like this. These days it's all about getting naked and stripper poles. Rap today sucks.

  • this my shit

  • I dont know who the 9 people are that dislike this song, but you know what, keep on listening to that new crap they play on the radio and that you downloading, because it's obvious you have no taste in good music.

  • "Beautiful Skin"=Beautiful Music=Beautiful and Much Needed Message. Respect yourself and others will follow.

  • This song makes me miss the 90's. Outkast and Goodie Mob at the top of their game: pure magic. Not hating on Big Boi, Andre, and Cee lo's current efforts, but in my humble opinion it just isn't the same.

  • @gamble777888

MOVE ON. IT'S HARD BUT THERE'S NO STRUGGLE PHYSICALLY, YOU CAN GET RICH WITHOUT DYING TRYING. IF SHIT SELLS YOU NEED TO PUT YOUR HAND UP YOUR ASS AND MAKE SOME SEE THE WORLD BEFORE YOU DIE MONEY. WERE ALL GONNA DIE SO ARE YOU CREATING YOUR LEGACY?

  • Well the bottom line is, if you don't respect yourself you can't have a real relationship. And personally I feel like not having respect for yourself is a waste of precious life. You just miss out

  • God i miss the real Cee-Lo....

  • Thank you for posting this! This song makes me wake up on the right side of the bed. Good look bro!

  • TELL ME WHY RECORD COMPANIES, MTV, AND BET WILL NOT PROVIDE THIS TO THE MASSES...BLACK IS BEAUTIFUL, BUT WE'VE BEEN CONDITIONED TO THINK OTHERWISE...BLACK WOMEN ARE WHAT SO MANY WANT AND SO MANY OTHERS WANT TO BE LIKE...i, A BLACK MAN, APPRECIATE YOUR EXISTENCE BLACK WOMAN

  • oh my...... pray to God i find a woman i can play this song for

  • If you believed young lady, you wouldn't dress that way....

  • Ok, let me ask this question, Cee-Lo commented that 'You have to respect yourself before I can", Alright, if you are a respectful person aren't you gonna respect everyone; Whether or not they carry them self in that manner? I respect everyone, so if I saw a dude not respecting himself, I'm not gonna come along and do the same.

  • @Fiskgyrl2 if I can answer .. when women usually disrespect themselves guys wouldn't want to be with someone like that so they will also disrespect them if not verbally, physically sort of like meeting someone who sleeps with men but the way she goes about it she has no respect for herself you wouldn't treat her any different than the men she sleeps with

  • I love the "Public Service Announcement" at the end

  • Agree with the Cee-Lo hook comments.......just killed it!

  • I made my son to this song...Hip-hop isn't anything like this in these days and times...Soon we'll be saying R.I.P to this commercial shyt that's taking over the air waves...And welcome back to the music with meaning!!!

  • how did 9 people who dislike this even get to this video ?

  • still one of my favorite songs...i love music that celebrates the wonderfullness of my people!!! glad there are real artist out there!!!

  • wow.

  • This song made me love myself...

  • Black women have so many hoops to jump though. More hip-hop needs to address this form of female worship.

  • THE GOOD DIE MOSTLY OVER BULLSHIT. HIP HOP DIED CAUSE OF ALL THIS NEW BULLSHIT.

  • DA TRUTH Inspiration to us all

  • As a woman I believe this song is a man's anthem to a woman. Respect yourself and he will. Don't throw it around be real. Woman are the begining of life and without us life dies. We are the begining the end.

  • My favourite quote ever is from Shottas, "Women you can't live with them, but you can't live without them!" :)

  • You said a mouthful @jayjasonbird!

  • you fine... but you still my sister!
