oh and how did she do the one where she was holding the hoop? If you look carefully you can see that the guy actually does something behind her back right after giving her the hoop. She just walks, holds the hoop at the right height at the right time and let's it fall down around her while she's doing that.

Very very clever design of the outfits and very very carefully and impressively performed.

...They're all essentially tied around her waist, and each time she changes, the top half falls down over the bottom half revealing a new top half, and releasing a new bottom half from under the previous top half that falls down over the top of the previous bottom half... It's the only possible explanation, and you can just about see that happening inside the purple hoop if you pause it at strategic points. What does everyone else thing? Sound plausible?

There's nowhere left for the remaining dresses to go (she does them behind the purple hoop, the red cloth and the silver confetti). But notice that these dresses all start off with more in the top half and less in the bottom half and progressively get more in the bottom half and less in the top half...

I think i can see how they do it... obviously she starts off with all of the outfits on, layered over each other. But there's essentially two tricks here: The first trick is this: Notice the first few outfits become skimpier (and she gets skinnier) until she gets down to the green one - she's just ripping off layers and leaving them on the floor inside the various props. But then it gets interesting, and the second, more impressive trick comes out...
