This works on Vista usually, should work on other windows versions:

- open up your registry editor

- go in these folders: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE /MICROSOFT/WINDOWS NT/CURRENT VERSION/

- then click on WinLogon in the right window, look for Shell

- double click it and in the value data box delete whats there and put this:

explorer.exe

- restart your computer and there you go

mayb u still hav sum other infection. try finding a program tat can scan ur computer and check to see if there are any other infections or viruses. I tink theres this program called maliware or malibyte or sumtin. Try searching on utube.

hmm. Well theres gotta to b sum problem all i can say is try to do sumtin. like check the antivirus programs. If they hav a virus vault, check it out. mayb u can delete or heal the infections. So, do the best u can or get a profesional =P

i think the best virus scanning(and removing) program ive ever used is SUPERantispyware and it removed about 7 trojans from my other computer but then it craashed well goood luck

Did you try System Restore, or Rebooting to Last Known Good Configuration? Try scanning in Safe Mode also, and if none of those help, reinstall Windows.

If it goes wrong then maybe it only works on vista (and the really good XP computers i tried it on), so watch out if you have a older version of windows.

To return your computer to normal properly, once you have hidden the start bar and desktop icons, make sure that you have the task manager open (use ctrl-alt-delete then select task manager from the menu). Next go to the applications tab and click on "new task". In the new "run" box type "explorer" or "explorer.exe". This should fix your computer, if it doesn't then restart your computer from the ctrl-alt-delete menu, but this shouldn't be necessary.
