  • you should have added the similarities between Mohammed and Moses, because they are part of fulfillment of a "prophet like unto Moses", as their similarities surpass those with Jesus: -Both born naturally-Both spent most of their childhoods away from their natural parents-Both were taken care of by an elite family-Both received their first revelations at a middle age-Both were married and had offspring-Both lead a mass exodus of people and fled their homeland

    ......continued below

  • -Both were recognized as spiritual leaders and political leaders-Both were recognized and followed by the people they were sent to-Both had succeeded against their enemies-And most importantly, both were given a Law (mosaic law vs sharia)

  • about the "I will put my words in his mouth". I just wanna say that the WHOLE Quran is actually a fulfillment of this because it is the verbatim word of God. Prophet Muhammed did not speak his own words as the Quran is not his own words; its the word of God given to him through Jibrial.

  • Your knowledge is amazing. Good work!

  • God bless you.

  • God bless you too.

  • Amazing.... Nice i have to study this myself too..

  • Thank you and God bless you.

  • Of course.

  • Part 3: About the Abrahamic covenant, if you read verse 21, it makes it clear that YHWH is establishing His covenant with Isaac when He says "But my covenant I will establish with Isaac..." Also, you have to look at Genesis 21 where Ishmael and Hagar are kicked out. In verse 12, YHWH tells Abraham to listen to Sarah and in Isaac, his seed will be called. When it comes to prophethood in the Jewish view, the prophet cannot contradict the Tôrâh, otherwise, he/she is a false prophet.

  • 1. The covenant was about circumcision, not Prophethood. I explain this in detail in one of my videos here watch?v=0AenGvzd1fw&feature=channel_page. This is yet another prophecy for the coming of Muhammad. Your other citations do not prove that Prophethood will only be through Isaac's descendants.

    2. Prophet Muhammad did not contradict the Torah of Moses. He only contradicted the fake Torah that exists today with the Jews.

  • Part 2: Continuing on, when God is saying that the prophet must speak in His name, He is referring to the name YHWH, which is the proper and personal name of the God of Israel. I know that some Muslims will say YHWH in Arabic is Al-Ḥayyu Al-Qayyūm, but that is more like the essential meaning of the meaning of the name in Arabic, not the name itself in Arabic. YHWH in Arabic is Yahwah yet in the Qurʾān, Allāh is the primary and proper name given to God.

  • The prophecy does not say in his name "Yahweh". It only says in his name, in the name of God, which means on behalf on Him. You are reading into the text what is not there.

  • You are wrong. DO you know how to even pronounce YHWH? No you don't as the way to pronounce the hebrew name of God was forgotten by Israelites, and yet God restored it in the Quran with Al-Ḥayyu Al-Qayyūm. Its the pronunciation that matters, and as a christian (or a jew) you don't know how to pronounce that word, yet we muslims do. That said the bible is not even the same language as the original Torah was in israelite script later changed to today's hebrew script so the script doesn't matter

  • Part 1: Hey there. I want to note that I made a video response to JihadAgainstTheHater, who made the same points you made. Ishmaelites are more like cousins of the Israelites. When it says brothers/bretheren, it's talking about amongst the Israelite bretheren. Since this is being revealed to the Israelites and concerns future prophets, it is talking about future Israelite prophets as it is relevant to them. Also, there are other nations descended from Abraham like the Edomites, Midianites, etc.

  • 1. Your video did not address my points.

    2. Ishmaelites are described in the Bible as the brothers of the Israelites. I gave references from the Bible that prove this.

    3. Deuteronomy 18:18 does not talk about Israelite Prophets because Deuteronomy 34:10 says that no Israelite Prophet can be like Moses.

    4. Deuteronomy 18:18 also cannot be talking about the Edomites or Midianites because no Prophet has arose among them, neither did any of them claim to fulfill this prophecy.

  • Mad Mo cannot be the prophet because Moses performed miracles at god's instgation. Mo just killed, plundered and raped. Oh yes, he also had a fancy for little girls. Not at all the god I know.

  • 1. Prophet Muhammad also was supported of miracles by God. Watch the video again.

    2. Prophet Muhammad did not just kill, plunder or rape. Do you have any evidence for what you say? The Holy Quran certainly disproves you because all what you say here is forbidden in the Holy Quran.

    3. Prophet Muhammad did not marry Aysha when he was 9 year old. That is a myth. Watch this video to learn more on this watch?v=y-DAMDfrn4E&feature=channel_page

    4. Muhammad was the last Prophet of God. Allah is our God.

  • Very interesting. Thanks brother.

  • You are welcome. God bless you. Please share it with your friends.
