  • It is from the 1970's but I'm sure they had them before that as well. I have this same exact stand, with the same exact music, that my father bought when I was a child. I remember we bought it along with a tree at a place called Harrows.

  • Lowes

  • where can I order this from???? Please

  • @sabrown311 You cannot buy these stands new. They were made in the 1970s. They make reproductions now, but they do not use a music box. The sounds are digital and sound horrible. We had one when I was little. I bought a new stand in the 1990's, but I hated the music so much that I went to a flea market and bought an old one from the 1970s so I could hear the same sounds as I did when I was little. You can find them on ebay, but the bids go way too high.

  • @thelonearranger1 1970"s Are you serious? I think you better check again. They are from the 1940's ! My parents bought one for their first Christmas together, in 1948. I have it today and I use it. It still works!

  • @sabrown311 Flea Markets are the best place to find them. If you see two, get both of them, since they eventually break down.

  • @sabrown311 Look up "Star Bell Revolving Musical Christmas Tree Stand" on ebay

  • @sabrown311 It is listed there right now.
