that didnt look like your clutch was off, the rod tip was too aggressive therefor no line was running throught your alarm so it didnt work.

wow u lot am arguing over the swinger well may i ask u lot 1 thing wat about slack lineing i have my bobins almost touching the ground sumtimes they am and i can still tell a drop bak but wa about when ur in the night n ur bobins aint alumined how can u tell..well u carnt can u soo either wa a bobin is onyl desgned 2 put weight on the line so the alarm can reconise a bite also m8 did u ake sure the alarm was turned on and if it was wat alarm is it? now stop agueing coz ur all wrong :)

have the swinger half way so if u get a drop back it will drop but it u get littel bits/line bits it wil show indercation on the swinger lol make me larth pepole recon they are top fisherman and they dont even now how to set up a swinger

Also can you guys stop arguing about what position the swinger is in... Lets get one thing strait- the whole point of a swinger, hanger or bobbin, are so that you can tell drop back bites. Thats why they were invented, and thats why top carp fisherman like to have their bobbins quite high up.

paulsb. if ure a real fisherman u know that u fish the swinger different depending on where u r fishing if there are big fish in the lake or pond ure better off fishing slack lines because the fish are spooked if u have tight lines so ure wron. Anyway good run but get that alar working soon.

omg whys your swinger so low? or was right at the start after the drop back? seriously man you should have them a few inches down max not that low. Anyway nice bite, my fox micron m alarms are perfect, they are cheap yep but i tell ya as far as sensitivity and stuff goes they are the best ive used for the money. Volume is tone so altho no tone button it has tone. They dont beep for fuck all in win etc etc, i dunno i cant find a fault with them myself. Anyway nice run

Thanks for the comment, the swinger looks lower in the video than it actual was.I always make sure the indicator is positioned correctly to register drop backs.

yeah its probably the angle i was thinking maybe it was to low to see proper drop backs, dont listen to carp crazy lol real fisherman :o) hes on about crap im not even going to go into, he will be on about all sorts the more he reads on the internet. lol the more he will come back :o)

I have delkims, my old fox alarms packed in after 8 hours of straight rain. My delks are still holding up strong though. I love them.

Struggled filming while playing the fish,lost it in a weed bed to the left of me.If you notice on the video after the initial run,I had a dropback, this was due to the carp moving from the right to the left of me, straight into the weedbed. Not daft are they?
