The sound of the guitar is awful. I think he has had the neck fixed so the strings are too close to the fretboard, you can play faster but they buzz against the lower frets.

Its so interesting...I am and always be yngwie fan...but it never ceases to amaze me how poloarizing he is with regards to guitar players...there are those that despise him, and love jimmy page, etc...music is so strange in that respect. I am not a guitar player, or even musician, but it is amazing how some think this guy sucks, and clapton is better, in terms of pure guitar technique

1st. Blackmore is known as a difficult guy to work with!! He doesn't give praise to anyone for the most part!! Is Blackmore your only example?? Because if you asked most everyone else they regard Malmsteen highly!! If you asked George Lynch, Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Paul Gilbert, George Bellas, Joe Stump etc... they all acknowledge Yngwie as one of the greats!!

2nd. Blackmore could never play the things Yngwie can!! Yngwie is in another league!!

With respect, I understand what you are saying!! But one to remember, Yngwie never plays the classical pieces exactly, he does it his way. Meaning,  his interpretation!!

What Yngwie has done is brought classical pieces, arrangements etc... into a rock/metal format. He takes elements of classical music and incorporates it into rock and roll, hence the neo-classical style!!

He is one of the first to incorporate a lot of arpeggio's, pedal notes, scales etc... from classical music.

Impreciso en las notas en este tema, no lo pienso asi, este es un tema clasico barroco de Bach de altisima dificultad, muchos de los grandes de la guitarra acustica como Andres Segovia y Julian Bream tambien han interpretado limpiamente este tema pero nnguno de ellos dos a mi parecer le ha impreso tanto sentimiento y belleza a esta composicion como lo hizo Malmsteen aqui. La ejecución de la nota es perfecta al punto que le otorga un efecto de doble acustica en el punto mas alto de la cancion
