@tyraj Unlike other SRW games, copyright is not even holding this one back: Sony America insist that all games on their consoles have English dubs, and dubbing OGs would be way too expensive to have any real profits involved. The same goes for OG Gaiden.

As for fan translations, hex editing something the size of a PS2 game would cause heads to explode.

It's always possible to run the GBA emulator on your computer and the game on a ps2. If you use cheats to max out your power in the emulator, you can plow through the missions in seconds and keep up with the text as you play the ps2 game.

There are a few scenes and missions on the ps2 game that werent in the GBA one but you can get a rough idea of what's going on in the gamefaqs board.

I have my doubts.

Sanger's stats definetly do not fit with the Fairlion's. All that power and toughness he has would definetly go to waste with the fairlion.

He would end up like Kyosuke in his Alteisen: he tries to be a real and a super at the same time, and because of that he limits his stats and ends up not dealing much damage, missing a lot, not taking up much hits and getting hit like big damn target.

Not to mention that, in normal gameplay without cheats, you most likely lack the number of parts to be giving everyone Custom CPU's. So everyone will most lilkely end up similar to him.

And in New game+, you can upgrade all of the Dygenguar's stats, and he suddenly becomes overpowered compared to everyone else. You never see this in normal gameplay because his stat caps are low. Then it is just a matter of giving him a soul of steel and all of his problems are solved.
