This anime is terrible. I swear to god. If it weren't for the hyper chibis that do nothing but be generally annoying or the terrible art that has the face set, for some odd reason, sitting on the chin, then for the jumpy plot. You need to pay special attention just to know what the hell is going on. The setting jumps with no explication, giving the effect you have never watched a cartoon, let alone anime, in your entire life.
