How do you get the drillshp hull?

I have completed the game 3 times and still no drill.

@TheBrit836 you get the hull from the second play through when you fight against more advanced ships along with the normal ones, you get the boxes for the hulls (for me) when fighting the double hulled battleship and the other one like the Whirblewind
