Also prohibits government agencies from "discriminating" against health care providers who refuse to undergo, require, provide, or refer for training to perform abortions.

Here-to-for doctors have not been able to use the "conscious" because the domino effect of such an out would be disastrous. These abortive measures are not only used to terminate pregnancies that are unwanted, they are more frequently used to save a woman's life who is having a miscarriage or experiences a dangerous pregnancy (like ectopic). Pro-life people like to make it seem as if all abortions are horrid and selfish, that is not the case.

It's a medical journal article in which the researchers (through a totally unrelated subject) uncovered the protocol in which Catholic hospitals (which have adopted the life at fertilization concept) treat women with dangerous pregnancies or miscarriages. These situations are the same ones personhood amendments would create. I think the article speaks for itself.  BTW, site your sources, it helps in credibility.
