hya mate, ive got the iphone 3G here in the uk ive followed everythin youve said but when i get down to the japanese, im not seein the emoticon..help!!
it may require you to launch Frosty Place and read the stories on there a number of times. I just activated these on a friends phone yesterday, and it took 3-4 times to get it to work,

You can also use the FREE app called "Spell Number" to activate the Emoji. Just download it and type in "9876543.21".
Then go to the keyboard settings and activate the Emoji.
But you should hurry because Apple wants to remove this app!

doesnt work, btw after u type in the number, it doesnt say enter or nothing so i just pressed the home button, and emoji wasnt there
