I have loved this song since it first came out, reading the comments reminds me of when Elvis first started on the Ed Sullivan Show and the network wouldn't allow him to be shown in full. There is no question Leo Sayer had/has more talent than 99% of "recording artists" in the past ten years. His "schtick" was awful and I can only hope he did the crap he did tounge-cheek, because he really could sing.

That said, there is no doubt in my mind that any one of those costumed freaks running around could have dropped Sayer in five seconds.
