  • Great!!! Never Stop!

That "guy from Britain" mentioned in this clip can be found under the user name "FeverIAm" - He's one the best and brightest on YouTube.

If you liked this clip, check him out.

  • Oh yea, FeverIAm has very good vlogs and included links.

  • Hey was that Supafaith with the "Don't Tread on Me" flag? Why did he close his account?

  • NH secessionists, unionists?

Well that was fairly f@$king stupid. Nothing like hurting the cause.

  • I'm glad some people got out on the sidewalks where people who might actually care could see them.

  • New Hampshire - This is what you get for passing "smoke free" segregationist laws in the frosty "live free" state!

  • what do you mean by "smoke free" segregationist laws?

  • @KripDrip I mean that when you cull 20% of the population from ANY indoor venue, you have abridged their Constitutional Right to Free Assembly. We are now unable to associate even with our peers. No state has the lawful right to re-institute segregation of any kind; assembly should be left to the sole discretion of citizens, not government.

Because nicotine replacement manufacturers have spent Million$ to frighten people into thinking ETS is a danger, is no excuse to defile the peoples' will.

  • so are you saying that your mad cause you cant smoke indoors in places like bars and restaurants?

  • @KripDrip I am saying that restaurants and bars are private establishments - not public ones. And the law that abridges my access to these establishments, carte blanche, is segregationist - both as to whom the proprietor might prefer to serve (his former customers), and as to whom I might socialize with of my own free will.

It is not the government's business to dictate or control my "free" assembly. Smoking bans are no different than the old Jim Crow laws.

  • "jim crow"?? as if smoking is a race? no one chooses to be black. people choose to smoke and its killing themselves along with non smokers too.

  • @KripDrip Ah yes the piety argument - as if any smoker can instantly give it up instantaneously to someone else's demand.

As to my ETS jeopardizing your life? The pharmaceutical company that has sunk millions into getting you to believe that would be proud!

Think about this for a minute - if ETS were as deadly as the well-paid "junk scientists" claim, why is there even ONE baby boomer walking around today?

  • Impressive.... very...

    great job guys!

  • Good work New Hampshire! :-)

  • awesome FeverIAm

  • Gee - was I the guy in Britain? Nice work guys!!! ;-)

    Peace

  • I didn't see anyone else talking about it!! LOL x

  • VOTE THEM OUT!!!

  • cowardly State Reps....I contacted all my reps... only one had the balls to reply back saying they wouldn't support it. I guess that means I will have to run against the bastard now..

  • what r u complaining about? What do you want from your state rep and what exactly do u want them to do that they wont do?

  • Outstanding!

The rest of the country needs to watch and listen well to the patriots of New Hampshire. The redcoats learned the hard way about the heart and strength those so-called "rabble" brought to the fight against tyranny.

It may be a small state but this is no small gesture. Let the nation states hear you! Lead on!

  • Did it pass? Please say yes!

  • Unfortunately no it did not.

  • I was there, and I was so excited to see so many people supporting HCR6. I truly believed it was going to come out of ITL.

  • When our nation was but 40 years old, it had already been corrupted by aristocratic interests. Foreign powers had tried both war and intrigue to break up this powerful combination of free states. Andrew Jackson became POTUS and faced down a group who advocated nullification (over tariff laws) asserting Federal supremacy. Jackson felt nullification was merely another ploy to dissolve the union, making it easy prey for foreign schemers. My how things have changed...

  • "Andrew Jackson became POTUS and faced down a group who advocated nullification (over tariff laws) asserting Federal supremacy. Jackson felt nullification was merely another ploy to dissolve the union, making it easy prey for foreign schemers. My how things have changed... "

Andrew Jackson, that true friend of the Indians, funded his policy by taking wealth from people to redistribute to others. Indeed, times have changed: there is a scarcity of good willing indians to sponsor freedom projects.

  • Did you want to lecture me about Andrew Jackson's Indian Removal Policy? I'm familiar with it, but go ahead... I'm listening. Say whatever it is you'd like to say about it.

  • What do you need to know? I stated that the thieved indian lands were used to fund ooops to sponsor this freedom project, moving assets from people to others. Is there something more to say in the current situation and that could be topical? As I suppose I made the point clear, what is your exact request?

  • So you've got nothing?

You make a ridiculous claim that "stolen" lands were used to fund a "freedom effort" and now you can't back it up.

My question for you is this: Do you have a point to make, or not? Vague, unsubstantiated claims aren't going to cut it with me. What tribal lands, what freedom effort are you talking about, and what does that have to do with the nullification issue?

Here's your chance to make yourself heard, so make it good.

  • Woooo... It is my chance to make myself heard. To what avail? Please notify.

So far, you brought nothing. What is your exact request?

The land stolen from the Indians was used to fund freedom projects. Statement from basic observation. Jackson had a heavy hand in it, by discarding a ruling from the Supreme Court.

This restated, what is your exact request?

  • That's what I thought. You've drug out a tired old criticism of Jackson that has no relevance to the subject at hand. Your statements from basic observation tell me two things about you:

    1. There's a lot you don't know

    2. Most of what you do know is wrong

You also seem to confuse my willingness to listen with some sort of request for information. I have rejected your claims as vague and unsubstantiated. You may defend them (or not) as you please, but I have made no request of you.

  • My comment was not vague. It was a general statement. This is different.

Now I noticed when this statement is supposedly wrong, it can be shown only by an appeal to authority (I know better than you) and an appeal to ignorance (you dont know enough to talk)

I would like to read how this statement is wrong.

Therefore again, what is the exact request? What part of the statement need to be clarified?

Truth does not need to be defended. Whatever can be said wont change truth. Telling it

  • or not telling it wont change it.

The fact that the US found in Indians generous sponsors to help developp their freedom project and that Andrew Jackson had a heavy hand in it is the general statement.

  • Thank you for providing an excellent example of circular thinking. You have made a general (not vague?) statement, so it must be true. Now the burden lies on me to disprove it?

No. If you can't back up your statement, you should withdraw it (which is different from not talking. I never said that, in fact I have offered to listen).

I can disprove your statement without an "appeal to authority," but I am not obligated to slap down every silly comment.

What is the relevance to nullification?

  • Ah the misuse of the burden of the proof.

I made a statement, be it general or specific. This statement is nothing bright and is simply the statement of an obvious fact.

The game of requesting evidences for showing obvious facts is one long and enduring.

So make your request clear and accurate: what in this statement of an obvious fact needs to be clarified?

  • Ah another point: no, a general statement is not vague.

The sky is blue is a general statement. It is not vague by any means. It is certainly not original as many statements simply being the expression of a basic observation.

  • You have failed to address the question of relevancy. Why is that?

Did seeing the name Jackson trigger a uncontrollable regurgitation of propaganda that was entirely unrelated to the subject matter? Where did you receive your indoctrination? Was it state sponsored, or did you have enough initiative to seek your own sources of misinformation?

For the record, Jackson negotiated treaties with the Indians, didn't "redistribute" wealth, and his stance on nullification was entirely unrelated.

  • Well, actually, I read a number of comments and when reading over and over again the same scrap, I cant help to pick one in the series to restore a bit of sanity in this.

Jackson negociated treaties with the Indians: and? I dont see how negotation of a treaty negates the point I recalled.

Should a theft because it is put on paper?

That is the first remark. The second remark is the respect of the treaty. Made me laugh when US citizens speak of treaties with the Indians.

    Just a reminder,

  • a guy like Tustannuggee Thlucco, who was promised to be allowed to stay in exchange of his collaboration, was actually invited to leave the place.

No redistribution of wealth: well, what happened to the land that was seized?

    Stance unrelated to what?

  • Do you even understand the Nullification issue? You continue to fail to be able to link Nullification to Indian Removal (because there is no link).

However, I am willing to put that aside (as I said previously, and listen to you) if you wish to change the subject to Indian Removal. But, you must at least acknowledge that Nullification and Indian Removal are unrelated.

Is that such a difficult thing to do?

  • Dont take it bad but I thought my answer would have been clear. I answered this way because the question should not have been. It should have been obvious that my comment, which came as an answer to your comment, was as all answers to a comment or stuff, first (and even only)related only to the comment you put out. Now if you read again your comment on this video section, it is obvious that you dont only address the nullification issue but pour propaganda.

You were the one who spoke of

  • endoctrination so let us investigate that point. Read back the comment I answered first and if the link between this comment and my answer does not appear, well, I will be glad to make it appear.

  • You have been incredibly clear, transparent in fact. My mention of Jackson sent you into a fit. You were compelled to attempt to resurrect a tired (and distorted) argument, all the while claiming it as "fact" as obvious as the sky is blue. This technique, while sometimes effective on individuals who are uninformed has no power over me.

Since then, you have done nothing other than be evasive and posture for control of the conversation. I am disappointed that you have chosen to be so tedious.

  • Power over you? Through the Internet? Djeeee, I think you dont still have integrated the very fact I dont care about stuff like that: truth does not depend on me. Truth is. Underlying it or not, your piece of comments are piece of propaganda.

You never provided something else that judgemental assessments: "you are wrong, ignorant, distorted..." without any counter part.

I doubt that I have been incredibly clear and transparent because I answered to all your comments, not just Jackson.

  • This is the start of your comment "

When our nation was but 40 years old, it had already been corrupted by aristocratic interests. Foreign powers had tried both war and intrigue to break up this powerful combination of free states. Andrew Jackson..."

First point, you could write a similar comment from the Indian PoV, because the way foreign powers supposedly treated that powerful combinaison of "free states" is actually the way Jackson treated the Indian peoples.

And when I read "free states"

  • , do you include in this powerful combination the number of states whose population practised slavery?

  • It is true that I have judged your comments harshly. I have not yet mastered the art of infinite patience, and I have never been one to suffer fools lightly.

You are now so far away from being ready to have a conversation on this subject, I see no point in continuing. If you work diligently on trying to be rational and logical for the next ten years, you may then be ready.

Until then, I wish you the best of luck, but can waste no more time on you now. Goodbye The CZMan.

  • Talking of backpedalling... Rational, logical... when I happen to be questioned on these sectors by people over the Internet, you cant know how much this makes me laugh (and laugh some other people)

Keep up the good work, you are a good embodiement of freedom as it is commonly conceived by the US citizen...

  • Didn't pass? Hmm, well it did make the news on Glenn Beck a week ago and I would classify that as making some waves...

  • For those that want to view that interview, I just found it. It's good:

    w w w.youtube.c o m/watch?v=H8b8VhAfiAc

  • 500 people at least were out there. . . this movement is growing. . . the legislature will not be able to stop us forever.

  • Can somebody please reply to my comment and explain what exactly the people came out here to support? Was it a new law?

It is really interesting either way!!

  • It was a joint resolution in the NH State legislature declaring and reaffirming NH's sovereignty with respect to the Constitution. For more information about it, see:

You can also google "HCR-6" "New Hampshire" should you wish to view other sources.

  • I saw a Carolina Liberty flag. nice.

  • I was wondering what that was. . .fantastic turnout.

  • Its the Fort Moultrie flag from Charleston. Often the word liberty will appear in the cresent. Often it will apear without it. That design was our SC flag from early 1775 BEFORE we joined the union till 1861 when we LEGALLY SECEDED and a Palmetto tree was added to it. Palmetto trees were used to construct the fort and when the enemy attacked it their cannonballs would amazingly just get stuck in the tree or bounce off.

  • Wow. Great turnout! And the speaker was superb. Hope HCR-6 got passed. Thanks for the coverage of this event Dave.

  • it didn't.

  • Damn shame. I was really hoping to see that one pass...

  • Oh man I wish I could have been there. I wish my state would do the same thing. We have got to get together and stop this bunch of mess!!!!

  • It didn't pass?

  • no

    it did not sadly.

    they voted

    216 150

  • Well, at least we all know now that there are 216 bona fide cowards in the NH State legislature. On the other side of the coin, we know that there are 150 bona fide patriots in the NH legislature that actually understand the Constitution and what it means, and have the courage to vote on its priinciples.

  • why didn't it pass

  • Wonderful turnout, thanks for reporting Dave.

  • thanx great video

  • Awesome!
