  • @henbees I think the point of doing that is to cover the whole wok surface with oil evenly, you can't really do that with just small amount of oil. That's why he pour the rest to another pan beside the wok he's using...

  • @Guayacan07 THe color of fried rice is done with DARK soya sauce. So you need to put 2 kinds of soya sauce in order to achieve the color and flavor.

  • What gives the color to the chinese fried rice and don't tell me soy sauce cuz I tried that already. Also what gives the flavor? And don't tell me the green onions cuz I already tried and my rice doesn't taste like the one from the restaurant. Someone told me it is the oil the chinese use, if so what oil is it that they use?

  • @67BLOCKU You're not bad.. don't worry. But it took me a long time to be able to distinguish between the various Asian people, their languages (written and spoken), their food and culture.

    Its like... Imagine an African trying to distinguish between Russian, Belgian, German, Irish, British, American, Canadian, Australian (I broke a sweat typing all this LOL)... it would be hard, because they're all white, look the same, and have similar cultures and food.

  • LOL i'm asian too, but i'm born on the other side of the world where you are... so here in america we don't' utilized asian writings unless its a major or desired course to learn... i would love to learn how to read and write in many different asian writings but with time so consuming i never had the chance to, but i'm not to old (*wink wink*) to learn them once i'm done with schooling... ^_^** but thanks for the explanation i really appreciate it... ^_^**

  • @makondo05 Natto is smelly and strong in taste. It is like stinky tofu.

  • @odcoolshark75 well tgeh natto you buy frozen in asian market is not smelly at all....usually natto made by hand is smelly xD

  • Well, it's the same as veggies.

    Theyre good for you but they taste bad. I particularly don't like natto, but i don't like veggies or salads either. I just force them down because they're good for me ._.

  • This looks very good.  Does frying the natto kill the good bacteria that is in it?

  • I've tried natto and I couldn't get past the Spoiled/Burned/Slimy texture and taste... :( I'll try it again though.. Like this seems like it wouldn't be so bad.

    I've had nato by itself before, its really plain tasting and has a slimy texture...kind of like boogers

    僕は全くの素人なのですが、この動画の通りに作ってみたら、

    納豆を入れてるのにパラパラで葱や卵の色のおかげで、見た目も味­も良いものが作れて最高でした。

    家族も僕が作ったのを「ちょっとわけて」と言ってきて美味しいと­言って食べてくれました。

    この動画を見れてよかったです。
