  • When you don’t know what true for you, everyone else has unusual influence.

Values are deeply held personal beliefs that form your own priority code for living.

Values are the individual biases that allow you to decide which actions are true for you alone.

    What are your values?

  • More than 125 illegal aliens captured in Ok. Fed officers apprehended 127 illegals as part of a four-day state-wide interior immigration enforcement operation that began July 12. 100 have been returned to Mexico. Re-entering the US after having been deported is a felony punishable up to 20 yrs in prison. ICE works closely with the U.S. Attorneys' Offices in the N & W Districts of Ok to prosecute illegals who violate U.S. immigration laws.

    U bastards , I hope U come to Oklahoma !

  • you should NEVER say the room number at the front desk! that's a huge mistake.

  • @nikkicorreia Thanks for your comment; we are glad that you paid attention to this detail. Please consider that this video was produced for learning English. This lesson is part of the online video language course "English for Hotel & Tourism" at the website linguatv.com. Furthermore it´s up to the management of the specific hotel to decide upon this rule. Some hotels do, some don´t allow saying the room number. Saying it out loud, is never a good option. Please check out the rest of the course.

  • May I talk to you. My nick is nguyenchitrungsd

  • This is a great video. Only a couple of things the FD agent did wrong. She said," But that's not a problem." From a Forbes perspective the inspection would stop at this point. Also saying the room number out loud is not good practice. FD agents should point to the room number and advise which digit is their floor, and room number etc... All in all this was a great check in.

  • She said the room number out loud and did not ask a cc for the remainder of his stay or for incidentals!!! Yikes

  • what if u dont have a resevation???.......how should you ask>>>????

  • @MrJOHNNY1688 Good question! Depending on what you need, you could ask for a "single room" or a "double room". "Do you have a single room (available)?" But there are even more questions, e.g. "smoking" vs. "non-smoking" or the size of the bed (king, queen, etc.) and additional hotel facilities. Actually we offer a complete course featuring this and even more useful vocabulary and phrases. Please visit our website: (add w w w ) linguatv.com/p_Product/1/10070?lang=en for more information!

  • what if u dont have a resevation???.......how should you ask>>>????

  • This is a very useful clip, I would only point out that the room number should never been said in public for security reasons, only the floor number should be mentioned but I see that this clip is very well presented and helps to clearly understand what a Recepcionist do and how a Check in must be processed. Congratulations.
