I have a Zoom Q3 and the bass sounds low too. I suppose it means it's an inherent characteristics of Zoom's mics?

@q3playing Yea, I think so. This has been EQ'ed a bit, so the bass and keys are higher, and drums are lower.

Un-EQ'ued, it's very flat and lacks bass..

@XXXXKISXXXX Hehe, there's actually an explanation to that. It's not my kit, so all the parts are locked by metal wire and a combination lock(so people don't take parts of it). So instead of taking off the tom, I had to bend it :)
