  • @ManyDust32

    of course not.

just look at sean long, he's 20+ going on 30 and he still likes toys

  • @fxfranz preciate that

  • @ManyDust32 your not wierd hey iam 13 and i still like toys

  • youve GOT to love War Machine

  • @taj913

    yup

  • i like this color scheme better than red and yellow

  • @PsPl0ver1

    cool

  • It is a F/A 18-E SUPER HORNET

  • @50100007

    cool

    thanks :-)

  • This Iron Man does seem to be an original fighter jet design, but the overall shape of the main body generally resembles that of a McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing) F-15 Eagle (like G1/Classics/Universe Transformers Starscream), but the shape of the wings, the nose cone, the jet intakes, and the bent rudders more closely resembles the Lockheed F/A-22 (now just F-22, apparently) Raptor.

So, I think he looks like a cross between a F-15 and F-22, and I think the form suits Iron Man/War Machine.

  • @heavyarms01h

    cool

thanks for this bit of info :-)

  • I found a iron man hummer and new war machine bomber plane crossovers at my target in Texas.

  • @starwarsfleet

cool! you guys have it earlier than us.

i'm not sure if we'll get the new crossovers over here. they're not doing too well even if they've been marked down

  • The sad thing is, I don't think either of those is new. The Hummer seems to be Wolverine redone with Iron Man's head and colors, and the War Machine is a repaint of the special Iron Man figure that came in a combiner two-pack with the helicopter Spider-Man figure that could combine into either a "super bomber" or a "super robot." They have re-released that version of Spider-Man as a separate figure, too. I saw that War Machine at a local Wal-Mart, but haven't decided whether or not to get it.

  • to be honest this figure isnt as much as i expected i passed up both versions of him cuz i didnt like him that much yeah i am a fan of war machine but hes just a repaint the only repaint i thought was pretty clever was grey hulk him i liked this one i personally think they coulda done better but he does look nice ill give it that but like i said i wish they woulda went with something else

  • @bioniclecombiners

    interesting point.

they're a new WM crossover figure coming out as announced at SDCC 2010

and it's another repaint! they've repainted the ironman/jet figure that came in a 2-pack combiner set with the Spider-Man/helicopter figure.

  • @fxfranz i know i saw that it was a pretty nifty repaint but i dont think its worth it though lol

  • @fxfranz yeah but if its requested at all ill probably

  • I just got this yesterday and I love him. I was on the fence on getting him but when I saw this on display at the Iron Man 2 Toy Launch at Megamall yesterday I hunted him down and got him. And I will call him War Machine. I'll get the new Lamborghini Mold when it comes out if I want a red and gold Iron Man. I am still disappointed that the box art and the actual toy are painted differently. I would have loved a Gunmetal Gray Iron Man.

  • cool

  • i think its a f-22 because of the rear stabulizers

  • ok.

  • there are no decepticons or autobots in marvel!

  • yes, i suppose so...

  • there were about 23 years ago.

  • war machine the decepticon?

  • war machine as in James Rhodes' armor

  • can you give a review of ironman (red and gold) please?

  • There's not much to it, it's exactly the same as this one except it's got the original iron man colors

  • he dose remind me of skywarp in a way. good review. as always

  • thanks

  • it would be awesome if they made a ironmonger!!!!!!

  • yeah that would be cool. perhaps it would transform into rocket launcher tank

  • it looks like a cybertron jet

  • kinda does...

  • I heard in another video that he's supposed to be based on the Quinjet in the Avengers comics.

  • really? cool

  • yea its so funny when they try to tell us its a repaint yu cant paint iron man silver and black and not think that rhodey pilots it

  • yup

  • Love you reviews!

  • BTW, he's based on a F-22 Raptor. :)

  • thanks for the appreciation. yeah, i sort of figured he was "inspired" by the Raptor, because of how the tail fins/wings and cockpit looked like, it's just that the wings are two wide and long for a regular F-22. but it was, nevertheless, a good attempt by hasbro.
