I have an 06 cobalt lt, I wouldnt leave those vents on man, if you want fender vents just buy and install new fenders they have them in black, you can remove the back emblem with some heat from a hair dryer and some adhesive remover, $3 total. interior looks fucking sweet dude, super clean. Tints is all ya need, prolly a quick $200 and you have a sweeeeeet balt.

Get some rear disc brakes.... Drum brakes are not something to be proud of, so don't paint them bright yellow.. people are going to think Cobalt SS's have drum brakes.

Also, why put those tacky stick-on vents on the fenders? You obviously spent a lot of money on your car, so why ruin the look with some cheap add-ons?

Besides the drum brakes and the stick-on vents, it's really clean... good job.

so take off the black decals. the black racing stripes the portholes. Then paint the rear drum brakes back to a gunmetal color. Remove the black gas cap door. Add some window tint then it wont be too bad.

@bluecologne25 no sense in going performance if you dont race, and i didnt buy a manual, but that doesnt mean its not a nice car, i got the sides of my tail lights painted the same color as my car, the side lens markers painted black with 200% reducer and the emblem on the front painted black but left the chrome around the emblem, and removed the emblem from the trunk, all for $100 and it made my car look so much better

the 2.2 doesnt really have "more" potential than the ss. the ss is build for speed. by the time you get the HP out off the 2.2 youll need new pistons and rods so shit doesnt break. i have a turboed 2.2 and trust me the new ss/tc's have alot more potential

Yeah I did something similar to my protege, I swapped out the body for the Mazdaspeed protege but I kept it subtle, not over done.

Not decals, engine size stickers or painted drums on mine. lol.

Mine is an AT too but I got a MT at the house along with rear disc brakes to swap in. =]
