not really dude,if u visit Libya u will see english expressions for ex on signs among streets, in hospitals, airports ,and so on,a lot of Italian salng we use.most the universities impose using english academically.I really loved the american english accent,it turns me on when I lisen to american girls wow...so so so attractive....I'm srry for bad English I just started taking English classes in Chicago..........stay worm,,,,,,,bye.....

He keeps all the money for himself. he doesn't help Libya. now since how poor Libya is, there are no streets, just pavements. and most the buildings are old, and dirty. before our dictator started ruling Libya, it was and it was one of the most beautiful places ever. but since our dictator started ruling libya, its become a poor but, beautiful country and may god guide our dictator.
