naw you can't pump your gas in Oregon's gas stations where they sell snacks and stuff but you can pump your own gas at the ones with card locks like Pacific Pride.... I find that to be very odd.

Yeah, it's true. You are not supposed to pump your gas here. But I do all the time. The reason for this is to give jobs to people who need them..

You can pump your own fuel at card lock stations. Those are the places that people like truckers fuel up at...

@Hiluxtaco the reason for it is income tax. it makes Oregon a huge amount of money that way with no maintenance or enforcement. if is was for jobs then the entire country would be doing it as we need jobs, but not all states have income tax. many of them have sales tax.
