i used Abode Photoshop Elements 7.0. Then i got a picture of a mussle flash from the internet. And cut around the mussle flash in Abode Photoshop Element 7.0. Then i got a transparent blake page and put the cut mussel flash on to it and saved it. Then i got in to Vagas Movie studio Platinum 9.0 and put my mussel on to he part were i need it to the shot. Leveled it up and cut and made it to the size i needed and the time. but u can use the saved cut mussel flash with about any movie softwere.
