dude, get your shit straight, Shane died in the hospital and Ali was in a medically induced coma for a while. he's doing better, he can actually walk on his own now.. but he's in jail with the possibility of parole in 2 years.

it's a shame, it really wasn't his fault. Shane made him take him for a ride and then.. yeah. I think the guilt he feels everyday is punishment enough.
