Took more than a day to repair? For God sake I would think it would take WEEKS to repair. Didn't they have to basically install a bridge? After all, if they didn't install a way for the water to go under the tracks, then another washout is just going to happen again. Anyways, one of the most outstanding videos I've ever seen on Youtube. Excellent job sticking with the camera when the shit hit the fan. Good job buddy.

This happened in Nakina Ont back in 88 unfortunately it was at night and the crew did not know the ballast was washed away. There were 2 who lost their lives. Beaver dam broke was the cause.

it was in the middle of the bush in the timmins sudbury region......the outcome, no loss of lives and the crew stayed and started repairs immediately. this occured april 14 @ 3 15 in the afternoon. It took more than one day to repair this section.
