I thank god every day that I have my cat bagheera. In a world where not many people look at me with kindness, he reminds me that I'm still loved. Our pets are the angels sent to give us a kind reasurance that we're not alone.
Our dogs bring out the best within us if we allow it. Man created Dog with the intelligence and care given to him by God. It took thousands of years to arrive at where we are today, with all the diffent breeds we recognize. But each has the dog nature in him, just as God intended that we recognize that have His nature within us.
'The Prophet' has a line that " your sorrow is your jpy unmasked " and it's true with dogs, especially.
This video and reading the comments, I know I'm not alone in the love I have for my beloved dog. We had to put her to sleep this past Saturday and my whole world is crushed. She fought the Cancer battle for nearly a year and did so well. But the damn cancer spread in the end. My heart has a big hole in it and I miss her so much it hurts. I know time will help, but for now the pain isso deep it hurts to breathe. I love you Ginger, now and always.
omg this was the most beautiful thing i have ever read, and it hit me hard. I can just hear my beagle, Max, saying this to me from heaven. Can't wait to see her again. Thank you for the wonderful poem.
i wept for this, its so beautiful. yet it tears my heart apart.
my 14 yr old alsation lucy had cancer and i did what i had to do, but i wept for ages by her side first, and i never left her. i stood by her and kissed her untill she passed, praying shed find the light and go to the summerlands and the rainbow bridge.
i know she watches over me and is waiting, i even fell her presence and smell her sometimes.
I cry so hard right now. I struggled with making that difficult decision to let my dog go. I did and I stayed with him until he went to sleep. It was the HARDEST thing I ever had to do because he meant so much to me and he still does. I miss him everyday but I know his pain and suffering had to end. Thank you for this.
@CyndraFalin I'm crying to. All the way to the vet's to be put down, our dog kept on grabbing my hand to place on her head. I had to change gears and she grabbed my hand everytime. She has never done that before in the car. It was if she knew. I miss her so very very much. Thankyou, such a wonderful video.
