Hi nicely done brother, I've been building on SL for a while now but still love to watch tutorials as I believe that no matter howe experienced you are there's allways something you can learn, as was the case with youir tutorial. Thanks again
I selected them by holding CTRL and left-clicking. SHIFT works also. These are the same keys you would use in just about any Windows app to select multiple items. Typically in a Windows app, CTRL-Left Click lets you select non-sequential items, SHIFT selects a from-to range. Since there is no way for the viewer to know what you want selected sequentially, it just acts the same as CTRL.
Thank you for this easy explanation of aligning and use of the grid. Could you tell me how you selected the two wall prims (at 5.41 of the video) so quickly. Thank you
@lahainagal Glad I was able to help. Also keep in mind that SL has a bug that likes to throw in small variations in position and rotation from time to time, so always verify the position and rotation of each object in your build periodically to ensure it's aligned perfectly. It's an annoying bug that crops up all the time, so be vigilant. :o)
