the first cafe i've ever been to where they have trance music blasting at 11am. lol. it was definitely a different experience.

I have never found any. I live between San Francisco and San Jose in California. Really a shame there are not any!

No, none. There are no upscale coffee houses comparable to the ones in Saigon in California. It would be too costly to make it profitable here.
