That's the reason the NWO likes them; they love hurting us and divirting our tax money to their buddies at the same time. False positives also give them a chance to harrass us, in fact, they probably program them to go off anytime someone they don't like passes by, computers make great scapegoats, they never say they're a patsy, and false negatives give them a chance to impinge further on our civil rights.
