@tappajaav It's too good though, the only way to kill a flak jacket user with a single explosive is with direct impact. It should be not so effective so someone who sees a guy in a building, shoots him with an RPG gets a hitmarker, the flak jacket guy turns around kills him when he has a useless weapon out... Not very fair. A good shot should be a kill and it should only protect against completely random nades and poorly aimed rockets.

Semtex is made up of primarily PETN in addition to a very small amount of RDX, along with the binder and plasticizer. There is no C4 in Semtex, they are two completely different explosives. They both have RDX in them but the primary explosive in Semtex is PETN.
