Superman vs Hulk? Depends on which superman...
Golden Age superman had very few enemies who could even scratch him. He was basically invincible / immortal / God-mode. Kryptonite was the only thing that could bring him down.
Today's superman can be taken down by Catwoman.

Today's Superman has survived in black holes, survived in the core of the sun, survived supernovas, survived the nuclear destruction of the Moon, destroyed a perfect replica of the Moon that was traveling at over 700,000 miles per hour; has moved Earth with Hal Jordan, punched so hard that he's "shattered the boundaries of space and time," palmed a black hole, split a moon in half, etc., etc., etc. No way is Catwoman - or Hulk - beating him.
