Since Supes HIMSELF is an alien, I still can't understand what would be so far-fetched about seeing him fighting some alien monster.

UNLIKE most movie video games, they actually post-poned it to make sure it was finalized for release so I'm expecting big themes. Most movie game reviews basically come down to this: "good idea, not polished... obvious they rushed it to coincide with release of movie."
