You are right about the machine being so high up. Always a concern. But it has worked well since 1997. You are also right about not being able to move them. But on super large jobs or building a triangular berm for flood clontrol you don't want to move them. That's their strength. We have always been a service contracted company and never offererd our systems for sale-until this Fall.
Your wrong in a couple of places. The tubes are toe to toe in price to traditional sand / gravel bags. We take that furthur by using a far better bag material, DOT grade 3.0oz fabric, that lasts many times twice as long as traditional bags. In ideal conditions (3) pieces of equipment utilized in rotation can mechanically place 12-14 miles of continuous bag in (2) ten hour shifts utilizing far far less manpower. When its flooding Speed is King.
What a joke. Buy this $100K system and fill an expensive long tube that cant be moved once its filled. And the 90 seconds doesn't include the 20 minutes of setup for each bag! Better hope you have plenty of room to run your machine next to where you want to place a wall. And lifting that weight so high, talk about a liability issue. I can't see who was dumb enough to invent this machine and try to market it. Might as well had a big cash burning bonfire. I would like to watch that video.

this would be a fast way to biuld a home. like the rammed earth houes and cut the labor down to about nothing.
