This is horrible. So much time and emotions invested in watching this, and now he has to die?! What a downer. As if they hadn't suffered enough. As a Croatian living in the US I was so looking forward to the scene shot in Mostar, but I couldn't enjoy it because the ending truly sucked. Even the shot of the gorgeous shirtless Kivanc jumping from the bridge was totally lost on me. Well, almost. :-)

Scenarist did a very big mistake with this horrible ending. Made the whole film worth NOTHING. After all what happened they had to be together. He found his mother and the next day he died and she became mad again. Halil and Menekse did not have any single NORMAL day in their life. All hopes were for future. Our hopes were also for their future. And scenarist destroyed all hopes and made this film worth nothing. I really regret watching it.
