Great video of Her Majesty's visit to Victoria. Prior to coming to Victoria, she also visited California (L.A., Reagan's Ranch in Santa Barbara, San Francisco, & Yosemite National Park).
That was a Lincoln Town Car, pretty much the standard top level executive in Canada and the US at the time. A Rolls would have been more appropriate though.
