Also in this vid the guitar still has the plastic wrap over the pickguard so it looks matte here. In reality the whole thing is completely gloss black and matches the finish of the main body, but separated by that white trim.

Guitar feels nice and light but still weighted and sturdy compared to a regular jazz, and I should also point out the neck is outstanding. The wood is all one piece is and very hi quality with a beautiful; glittery shimmer to it, very pale white colour.

Ok, so I bought one, and I have it on my lap right now.

This guitar is simply fucking amazing. I'm surprised it hasn't exploded in popularity. It wins handily over my old jazzmaster. All it needs is maybe a pickup upgrade, but that could be a placebo effect, I'm not sure I notice much difference in tone though It's more pretty and precise sounding then my other jazz because of the hollow, but that's a good thing. The tone is outstanding, putting in american pickups might make this even better.
