I've seen that in in the clip where he was at the Oscars too, but he wanted to make himself heard, that doesn't mean he has a bad attitude. In this clip maybe he was annoyed by the crowd, maybe scared, who knows, that doesn't mean he has a bad attitude, lots of people are like that

he is saying something with the man hands, I'm from Bangladesh, so i dont understand all Hindi, but i think he is saying " watch out with your hands" it looks like he almost is being dropped
