I can understand why someone would want to drag his feet if he was being taken to the scaffold but.... surely ....this is hardly a march ?! Far far too slow a tempo with all due respect to the great Celi . Or perhaps this is just another example of his famous eccentricites .
he probably will be denied at the door, since he donesn't even know how to play ANY instrument! But, he does have a critic's mouth and a donkey's intelligence for insulting other professionals.

I;ve never heard such a tempo for this movement as wonderful and fitting as Celibidache's! This truly is a march to the scaffold.
