Too bad Lucas couldnt actually write the story the way you and obviously everybody sees it. Instead we're left with nothing but fanfiction - shame on Lucas for that. He could still very much incorperate this idea into more prequals or hell games but doesnt. What an obtuse man.

Amazing video! I could swear, that in the scene where Vader is in his meditation chamber without his helmet on and Piett comes to talk to him, he has just been crying. His voice sounds just like that, when he says "Yes, admiral". So sad, all he could do was to mourn alone, without understanding, with no kind word. And certainly he thought he deserved it.

@gavgri11 You love your wife, and that will keep you on the light side :-) In AOTC, when Padme asks Anakin if Jedi are forbidden to love, he says that attachment (selfish love) is forbidden, but compassion (selfless love) is actually encouraged. Anakin's attachment to Padme contributes to his fall to the Dark Side, but his compassion for Luke at the end of ROTJ turns him back to the Light.

Excellent! One of the things I love the best about the Star Wars movies is Darth Vader's redemption. It is just a reminder to me about the redeeming blood of the Lamb that covers even the lowest of sinners, for sinners we all are and we can be forgiven totally!

Gorge Lucas obviously had no idea what he was actually writing back then how strong it would actually be. The greatest scifi collection ever. It speaks to the heart and soul of the spiritually aware human being and shall be carried on for perhaps centuries to come.

@BlackRiku He had every idea what he was writing. It was about Hitler (Darth) and WWII. It was about how something good and innocent (national socialism) became evil and dark (murderous Imperialism).

My father gave me a "collector's box" of all the dvd's and on one dvd it explains all of this.
