you should check all your fluid levels, if you havent already,
my 2 stroke, had that problem it would stall on me at every set of lights one day on my way home, and i didnt think it would be the oil at first but turned out it was, even though i still had plently left i was really confused :)
Knowing the SV and the work you've likely done... check your TPS again. It's probably out of alignment. I believe yours is an 07? Your idle can only be serviced by a 'zuki stealership. If it idles okay when starting or after a short 5 minute ride then it's not the idle. I would clean/check the air filter and check for vacuum leaks. Also, as temp rises, so does electrical resistance. This could be a spark issue. Have a multimeter? Check your plugs AND coils!!
@dodgerider26 I checked my TPS and it was adjusted correctly. My bike is an '05 and idle can be adjusted with a screw on the side. Air filter is about 3 weeks old so it shouldn't be the problem. There's a good chance I'll be handing my bike over to a mechanic in the next day and let him figure it out.
IMO...warm air fuel ratio is too lean. If the problem is most apparent at idle or just above idle probably too lean. Vacuum leak, dirty injector nozzles, faulty throttle position sensor. Check all your vacuum hoses first. Check wiring to all your EFI sensors. If nothing obvious is found. Take it in to a tech. Good luck.
You could have some issues with your idle jet in your carb, the choke would cover it up during start up. Other than that, all I can think to suggest is to check out your ignition system with a volt meter. Good luck and let us know if you figure it out.
Seems like there's a knocking noise. Have you checked your valve clearance. Also check your can chain tenshioner. It might have a little to much slack. Good luck let us know if you figure it out.
Wild guess but synk ur carbs or check for vac leaks....

@heartlesspinto never done maintenance on a motorcycle before, check mass air flow sensor then.
