Twisted intentions create perverse, debauched art. I believe nothing can exist without forethought. I believe in untold echelons of beings that occupy a system of gradients ingrained into reality. I believe atoms, creatures, laws are all created in the labs of higher beings. Not one thing is accidental.
Ok Branch has a phenomenal back and chest. He has thoroughly mutilated his arms in the process to get there. Both his biceps and triceps have detached or partially detached from each of his arms in the past and his arms don't even match his frame. Quit letting dudes with gigundo back developement stalwart the top spots. There are arm and quad freaks waiting in the wings to shock crowds. And no, cest and back isn't more impressive than arms and legs. Period.
awesome, out of all the BB's that have come and gone branch is the most inspirational to me. I would love to see him take a mr.O, he def deserves it, but i feel theres something missing and i dont know what, maybe a lil more seperation.
Branch is awesome. But why does the video need to be in B&W when he poses? I'm tired of bodybuilding magazine photo spreads in B&W, as if that makes bodybuilders appear more hardcore, rugged or extreme. It doesn't. The world is in color. Bodies are in color. Give us color! Ask yourself this: When you see a photo or video in color do you ever find yourself wondering how much better it would look in B&W? Save that shit for the art galleries in museums.
@jmorgan87 Art is a human concept. The vast majority of the universe has not been touched by humanity. The universe can be portrayed artfully by humans in photography, etc...But humans didn't create the universe, it occurred naturally billions of years before humans were around to interpret it and will exist for eons after there are no humans to arrange images of it in art galleries.
@linebacker365 Any thought or atom with the the potential to be wreckoned with and archived by a sentient energy is art. It's like potential kinetic energy. Everything is art. Withourt art there is no honor in anything. And without honor, nothing is sacred. Everthing in the universe is art, and sacred. My package of paper towels is sacred art. My hair that lies on the barber shop floor is scared art. Reality is not handcuffed to human decisions.
@jmorgan87 So by your definition, dogshit is art, nuclear holocaust victims are art, the AIDS virus is art, decomposing rat bile is art, why bother distinguishing anything from art? The word exists to distinguish art from ordinary things. I think you're confusing art with religion and/or nature. But, of course, the definition of all these things has been argued for centuries. And I believe I'm done arguing about it.
@Kenshuro Your response is plain and simple but I think it's more complicated than that. In this particular vid, the lighting and the background are dull and don't show Branch's definition as well as it could be shown. Bodybuilding is so much more than definition. It's symmetry, size, shape, beauty, and whether the BB looks good, overall. Color is real, B&W is artificial and contrived by comparison. I wouldn't complain, but I think there is too much B&W and not enough color in BB photography.
