He's a beautiful horse, but Randall (sorry if spelling is wrong) needs to shorten his reins down a bit and get his hands down. I also believe that he needs to sit down just a tad more. Other then that he's great:)
@EightBelles6 Thanks, he's a colt out of my husband's favorite stud, which died a couple of years ago. This gelding did not belong to us; it was a colt from our niece's horse and our stud Buckshot. She hired Randall to train and sell him for her. Buckshot was a gorgeous stud, so well mannered-more like a pet dog. Many couldn't believe he was a stud by the way he handled. Very fond of this colt due to how special Buckshot was to us. He had 2 blue eyes (this colt, only 1) but still a fine colt.
@hockeyrocksmyworld Am sending full response as a personal message/not enough room here. Randall works on rollbacks against the fence--having horse run up the fence line & back down the fence line in the opposite direction--so as to use the fence as a barrier to get the horse to rock back on its hindquarters & bring its shoulders through. If the horse bumps into the fence it will figure out how to maneuver its body to avoid collision. Has brought about quickest results in rollbacks for him.

how come, you make him go in the opposite direction instead of allowing him to move over?
