First of all, what the fuck is the "pursuit of happiness."? It's just another vague meaningless phrase like "promote the general welfare." It means nothing. You have a right to life, liberty, and PROPERTY. Second of all, that is an ironic statement. By necessity, all governments violate these principles. We have been left with only two choices for presidency. Democrat or Republican (Divide and Conquer)...Oh,and they place them for you.

Regardless, DEMOCRACY is not mentioned one time in the Constitution, Bill of Rights, heck even our National Anthem says "to the REPUBLIC for which it stands" not the Democracy...

I'm no expert, but with enough reasoning and common sense I can see that we are steering away from our principles and values.

wow....always have had HUGE respect for paul and schiff, I think they are the two of the most intelligent public figures in america, and the only two I feel who has any real grasp on reality. I doubt Glenn would read these comments, but maybe someone he knows will. As was said, Glenn should have been endorsing Dr. Paul. He might not agree on his foreign policy, but he knows as well as I do that the problems here at home are MORE IMPORTANT. There can be compromises on other issues, but people need to start putting their priorities in order. Good luck with that foreign policy when the country is in economic shambles.

I was thinking the EXACT same thing when I watched this last night. I mean, this is not the first time he's had guests that talk about Ron Paul actually knowing what the hell he's talking about.  Despite what we may hear from him on his morning show and his television show I actually think Beck is a closet Ron Paul supporter. His neo-conservative audience is too important to him which is understandable. It's how he makes his money even if he's not being honest with what he really believes.
