000webhost is a good free hosting site, I reccomend using a .net or .com domain if you have the cash, if not, you can use .co.cc or .tk to attempt to make it look a little more legitimate. I also reccomend learning html and building your own page, you'll have some customization options, such as making the first login inncorrect, so if they enter a fake one first, it will return that way making it seem legitimate.
