I tried showing each faze of the combo in "audience's view" so the student could see what it looks like, then a "behind the shoulder" angle so the student could learn from it.

of course it might be excessive for an advanced flourisher, but doing less can be "under" teaching for a complete novice, so I'd rather be over teaching.. also it's just my first tutorial so cut me some slack?
