  • Omg! i can't believe it's SOO EASY, i tried this today and it's Amazing! :)

  • i dont have any chocolate chips so can i sub it with coco powder?

  • if you'll not grease it what will happen?

  • @nicole031111 It's gonna be hard to remove the fudge from the pan.

  • can we sub another kind of milk laura ? i need to know fast ! im gonna make it today thank you , love you BTW

  • Yum! I'm giving that a try for sure... it's so easy I gotta make it.

  • It was SOO EASY THANK U LAURA I made this for my friends bday SHE LOVED IT!!!

  • Why are all her videos recommended to me? Seriously why? The only reason I ever even get to one of these videos is because I accidentally click it while trying to remove it from my recommendations, but no matter how many I remove, more are recommended...

  • iLove Her Apron That Says 'YouTube Next Chef' <3

  • Am I the only one unable to find this recipe on the website?!? *frustration*

  • @MsSashaEvil it's there, when u go to her website, click on the 'recipes delicious' tab, and click on 'view all' in the bracket next to Popular Recipes. Look for this keyword in the list: "259 - Fudge", u should be able to find it :)

  • how ironic..i needed a bday present for my friend...is there any way you can list all your recipes like from easiest to hardest..someting like that...it would probably b a very hard task LOL

  • a long azz youtube cake cooking ad right before this....wth.

  • is it okay to use regular chocolate?

  • This recipe is superbly awesome! The homemade fudge was a hit in my family and I'm definitely going to do it again.maybe this time round with other goodie surprises in my fudge!

  • ooooothsippisowdof laura in the kitchen

  • It's AMAZING! delicious ! Although the fudge needs to be sitting in the fridge overnight not an hour

  • Looks like 26 people managed to set their kitchens on fire...

  • Does it have to be sweetened condensed?

I'm a at the moment/ on the spot kind of person, and I have all the ingredients so although it's 1:22 in the morn. I'M READY! BUT, I only have condensed milk.. =\

  • damn i wish you were my mom :/

  • Laura! First of all, thank you so much for all your perfect videos. I really admire you.

But important! I accidently bought CAROB CHIPS instead of choco chips.. can I substitute and use carob instead or will that alter the taste/texture a lot? I need to give these as gifts and I don't know what to do.. my teacher's a Huuuuggeee fudge fan!

    thank you! ><

  • @sophiaapark I wouldn't use them. They have a distinct flavor, and there's a good chance that your teacher won't like them. I know a chocolate lover that HATES them. They're supposed to be a vegan alternative to chocolate, but they taste like burnt coffee to me.

  • @Juskaimi

Oh I see, thank you so much for answering (: Decided to make simple carob chip cookies instead and I think that in cookies it wasn't overpowering. Haha, I can see how you got burnt cofffee. Reminded me of strong maple syrup. Thanks again!

  • this is just the same as foodwishes's recipe..

"Carnation Chocolate Fudge Recipe - Creamy Chocolate Fudge"

  • In the fridge right now!! Yipee! I'm licking the spoon too!

  • Hi Laura! I made this for my parents for Valetines Day and they loved it! The marshmallows melted a little, but it was still sooo good!! I made some with marshmallows with cut up graham crackers so that is was like smores and one with oreos! It was deeelllicouusss.

  • Amazing fudge!! Just made it and it tasted FANTASTIC!! What country are you from? Awesome fudge! Luv u <3

  • I wonder we can use the whit chocolate for this recipe

  • @SophearithELF I love white chocolate! That would be reeealllyy good!!

  • Instead of using semi-sweet chocolate chips, can i use WHITE chocolate chips? or dark chocolate?

  • How come the tags include my dog's name? :D barry

  • Be my godmother :D

  • Would you please adopt me

  • if you can't find sweeten condense milk . GO TO THE ASIAN STORE !!

  • This didn't work out for me. It won't get firm in the fridge. I've had it in the freezer for an hour and that didn't help either. The marshmallows melted can that be the reason, that the chocolate mixture was too warm when I added them?

  • @minelise Nope. The marshmallows in mine melted, too, but still ended up good. What I did was put it in the freezer for a while, probably for about 30 min. and then left it in the fridge overnight. I really liked the outcome and so does my friends. :D

  • 3:17 (:

Lmao i Don't Mean To be Rude Or Anything i Love Laura (:

  • <3 this ... i really do its.. so easy and looks so yummy .. gonna make it soon..

  • Oh my God. No baking. No ultra mixing too much. This is something I can do! WOOHO! I'm so happy.

  • Do you store it in the fridge?

  • Will it melt if you bring it out for a picnic or smth? :/

  • @vintagewinex i doubt it will...at most it'll probably soften a little...but i doubt it will, because the marshmallow, choco chips and nuts are holding it together

  • Comment removed

  • do i have to add marshmallows or nuts

  • its almost 4am here and i've been watching your videos for the last hour.

  • dunno why, but seeing all the condensed milk plop into the pot made me cringe

  • you could use creame instead but a bit less than the condenst milk because it is fluider

  • i THINK i know why my fudge still sticky after 2 hour in frige..MAYBE, its because i put condense milk more than my choc.chip.. =/

  • LOL I love how you ALWAYS had to go for the center piece LOL!!!

  • i buy wrong chocolate..i mean i buy milk chocolate..can i just use it and use less condensed milk??

  • Her voice is so annoying!

  • @xbox360tipper yes, but she´s very sweet

  • @xbox360tipper thats kinda mean

  • love it :D

  • can u use a cookie cutter to cut it into little heart shapes? i wanted to make that for valentines day <3

  • Mine is in the refrigerator setting right now. :D

Hopefully, it turns out awesome. :D

  • could u use wax paper instead of parchment paper

  • I made these, but they are stick..why!!??

  • Comment removed

  • I have to make this now.

  • This looks so delicious! For how long can this fudge be kept? Approximately when would it go wrong?

  • It's look SOO GOOD!!!!!!!

  • Can we use a double boiler instead or is heating the condensed milk and chocolate together from direct heat crucial?

  • @Emux33 YOU CAN! But make sure you melt it all the way.

  • Hi guys, I did this recipe, but instead of using parchment paper, I used aluminium foil. When I took my fudge out, it was very sticky and stuck on the aluminium foil.. Just wondering if that is normal if I used the aluminium foil, or I actually did something wrong in the recipe that made it become like this? Please reply! Thank you :)

  • @jadecalypso that is normal if you use aluminum foil, because the fudge sticks like crazy, that's why using baking paper is better to get the fudge out. So if you happen to use aluminum foil, make sure you grease the foil first (with baking spray or butter) before you toss in the fudge. And if you still can't remove the aluminum foil, try popping it in the freezer for about an hour instead of in the fridge! Good luck!

  • @EricaGreenf13ld Thank you :) So if I use parchment paper, my fudge won't be sticky anymore right? Is it that way because of the aluminium foil?

  • OK laura I made those and I gave it to this person who was a total food critic to me and once she tasted this fudge she went crazy and LOVED IT! So LOVE YOU! <3 :))))))))))))))))))))) you're the best!!!

  • will it melt in room temp??

  • I wish you were my mom! Then again, i would probably be a chubby kid! :)

  • @kewlcat130 yeah :P same here

  • @kewlcat130 me too

  • 1:24 SORRY

  • pause this on 1:25 its so funny! (Im not a hater) LAURA I LOVE YOUR RECIPES THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING!!! GOD BLESS!

  • Making condensed milk: 1 cup (235 mL) boiling water 1/4 cup (55 g) margarine 2 cups (400 g) white sugar 4 cups (480 g) nonfat dry milk powder 1) Get a blender and pour the boiled water into it. 2) Add margarine and the 2 cups of sugar to the blender. 3) Turn the blender on and combine the ingredients well. 4) Take 1 cup of the dry milk powder and SLOWLY add it to the blender. Combine and blend. Thanks to StefanLz90
  • i made this and im waiting for it to harden in the fridge right now!!!! I <3 U LAURA VITALE... im straight...dont worry

  • 3:32, thats what she said

  • Laura, honestly I want to thank you ! I'm a student, living away from home with a limited budget. Finding quick, easy & cheap recipes online is actually a little hard. But you ? You make the most amazing recipes that I can relate to. I'm Maltese and we have Italian recipes in our diet, but finding them online, cooked by a person from Italy, is very special ! Thank you ! xx

  • can you use something else then sweet condenst milk?, we can't by that in Norway. Thumbs up so she can see it

  • @helgastenvik You can't? We can get it in Denmark, so you should be able to, I guess.

  • @helgastenvik I can find it in MENY

  • @helgastenvik - I danmark kan vi købe det hos vores etniske grønthandler. Det er meget kendt i resten af verdenen.

  • @helgastenvik We do have the sweet condenst milk in my country, but sometimes when I need it and the stores are closed, I make it myself. Put equal amounts of powder milk and castor sugar (it depends of how much you need) then add water to it (be careful not too much) mix will until you've the same thickness.

  • @helgastenvik i think you can use "visp grädde" i used that for my fudge since i live in sweden, and it turned out great! :D

  • @helgastenvik You can find sweet condenst milk at ICA Maxi and Coop Obs :)

  • @helgastenvik I've had pretty good results with this:

    1 1/2 cups whole milk

    2/3 cup sugar

    3 Tbs butter

    1 tsp vanilla

Gently simmer milk & sugar till dissolved. Stir often. Have heat very low and continue to barely simmer, reducing milk to 1 cup. Takes around 2 hours. Can take less time at higher heat, but requires more stirring. After reduction, whisk in butter & vanilla. Cool. Use.

    Or:

Add 2/3 cup sugar to 14oz can of evaporated milk. Simmer gently to dissolve. Cool. Use.

  • @helgastenvik

man kan kjøpe fra arbiske butikker, men ikke kjøp vikingsmelk, kjøp kondensert melk

  • @helgastenvik maybe you can buy it online

  • If you mix the condensed milk, the chocolate and one tablespoon of butter you'll make brigadeiro, a really popular recipe in Brazil :D

  • How can I substitute the condensed milk, cause it's not available where I live.

  • I made mine but it's not set at all. It's like gooey and sticky..is there anything i can do? (:

  • @iLifeGoesOn Mine is too, I think I didn't use enought chocolate or something. Pop it in the freezer instead of the fridge, works (a bit) for me!

  • @nailblogger it depends on the type of marshmallows u get. some places have marshmallows with gelatin which contains pork in it . In my family , we don't eat pork so in some other stores they sell marshmallows with kosher gelatin which is not made from pork just look at the ingredients on the back

  • I made this 3 hours ago,It was DELICIOUS,I can taste heaven,simply amazing,simple and fun to do!

  • I wish I would of made this for christmas presents...oh well, next year I guess lol

  • I made this for my friends and family for Christmas, and they LOVED it! It was SO good! And SO easy to make! :)

  • Please Make crossaints!!

  • Can you please show how to make patato pancakes? sincerly zona.

  • fat people love to eat ( . )

  • very delicious :)

  • Do you need to use marshmallows? Im muslim and marshmallows contain pork

  • @IlyasWidaad I'm Muslim too, and I know for a fact it doesn't contain pork. No, you don't need to use marshmallow or the nuts in this fudge recipe.

  • @IlyasWidaad they dont contain pork i dont think. but no, you can leave them out.

  • @IlyasWidaad Wtf? Marshmallows contain pork???? I have never ever heard of that in my life

  • @Singergurl618557 i think maybe what they are saying is that marshmallows contain gelatin...which in then is beef bone, pork bone...?

  • lol at the end

  • mine was a fail. it has been 2 hours and its still wet :<

  • Just put it in the fridge, hopefully it will work out!

  • Can i also make this without marsmallows? Or can i melt the marschmallos and put them in the fudge too?

  • LECHERA! lol

  • The reason why chocolate is running out is because this recipe was introduced and everybody went crazy and made it like nuts and now there's no more chocolate :(
