YES! This drives me nuts for the DVDs I buy - I have to sit through no less than three legal warnings, a multitude of unskippeable ads, and if I'm lucky - I'll get to the main menu within 5 minutes.
Whereas had I pirated it, I wouldn't get any legal warnings telling me how bad of a person I could be.
Plus, the warnings only preach to the choir. It won't dissuade anyone who pirates.
