Great job on your video! Always loved it. Wanted you to know I posted it in my Facebook group called Songs of Strength. If you're a facebooker, love for you to join us for more like this!
Thank you for taking the time to post this song and to create a video to go with it. Whether you tried to hard to match pictures with words is irrelevant when I look at the fact that you took the time to post such a great song. Don't let the whiners get to you, you done a good thing here! :)
This song takes me back to the good ole days working at the Yokohama Rice Bowl and serving the F-16 pilots through the drive-thru and also meeting Maj Robert Balzerak In the front counter. I dedicate this song to the 162nd Fighter group in Tucson AZ. They gave me my nickname or call sign "Bugger" Thanks guys!!!
@foofoomagoo: lol. here it is--- It's been too long My spirit's been at war Havasupai Shaman Let me be reborn Chorus: And I will the sun upon my face Come the day I awake the child inside In the house of stone and light And when I go I will op - open my eyes In the house of stone and light I will see you In the house of stone and light I'm looking in beneath my skin In The House Of Stone And Light

this song inspires a thought of a place of rest. not a religion concept for i hate religion but a faith or soul concept. a place for the mind and body to commun with the soul. a house to restore your balance
You have done an excellent job with the wonderful compilation of pictures to go along with one of the best songs of all time. Many thanks for the opportunity to not only giving me the ability to hear, but also see this melodic "GEM" .
I think that these kinds of homemade videos would be better if they didn't try so hard to have a picture that literallly represents every single phrase in a song, such as when the words "I will not rest" are played over a picture of a bed.
If you think you can do better take the time to do it yourself. I wanted to share the song and just put picks to look at so it wouldn't be as boring as a blank screen. I don't have time to be as artistic as I want to be. I also have very cheep software do anything fancy is out.
Me too ! I heard this song first time when I was 13 from the radio. Because of my poor English I search for this song about 12 years... Thanks youtube to recall my memory !!
I have noticed how many people say they have never heard of this song and it is such a brilliantly haunting song.

What does he say at 2:50? It sounds like he's saying "when I go I put a lump of poop in my eye?"

this song reminds me of a person trying to describe the path between life and death. Very bitter sweet to me

Outstanding song. Trivia: This song is an ode to the Grand Canyon.
