  • Great side, Shane!

I'll have too look out for this. You really get what the title promise you. And if I'm not very much mistaken, that's Ed Kirkeby on the vocals.

  • very great recording.! I was fortunate enough to get a copy of this diamond disc on Ebay a few months ago! IN MINT CONDITION none the less. I use my edisonic reproducer, and man the music jumps right off the record and fills the room...awesome dance/boggie get down with it tune! thanks for posting

  • Very enjoyable Electric recording.

  • Shane thanks for sharing this red hot one on a rare 52000 series.

  • Wow, Shane, that disc is Red Hot!!! I really like that beauty of an oak C-19 you have, too!

  • Thanks Sean. I'll have upload a few more electrics soon. They do sound good through the big horn.

  • Watch my page next week, Shane, I think my C-19 is finally finished enough and ready to be shown off. Finished rebuilding my two gold repros last night and was playing a few electrics of Vaughn DeLeath. They sounded great!

  • Wonderful Electrical Edison record. What most do not understand is that the record was designed for the Phonograph, note the clarity on the top end, clear s's and shimmer, everything has that woody mellow Edison sound with a clean top end and dimensionality. Even though it is mono, there is some sperad and direction to the recordings. I still make vertical recordings today for the Edison company, we though only make cylinders.
