That is true - in "Blind Pig" - the guard on top is supposed to cut back door. However, the triangle also allows players to maximize their talents - and DFish must miss at least one lay up every game. I think we'd all rather see him fade to the wing for a 3 instead...

big difference i see is that the k state man at the top of the key makes the backdoor cut to the basket, but derek fisher just clears out to the wing
